According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. Limpeza do quarto impecável. Apesar de demorado, check in tranquilo. Um tanto impessoal.

- Achei desagradável os atendentes lhe receberem sentados, sem nem ao menos levantar para um aperto de mão.
- no dia do check-out, explicamos que estávamos hospedados para acompanhar um parente com grave problema de saúde. Pedimos pela manhã cedo a possibilidade de um late check-out para as 18h e a inclusão de um terceiro hóspede (meu outro irmão), que nós foi concedido gentilmente por uma das recepcionistas. Pagamos, e Após fomos tomar café da manhã eu e minha mãe, e fomos surpreendidos pela recepcionista que nós disse que houve um problema de sistema e o late check out não estaria disponível. Entendemos, nos programamos para sair 12h e outra atendente mais rude veio de novo na mesa do café da manhã nos explicando de novo que não seria possível o late check out, que havia um problema no sistema, e que havia muita gente nova e havia errado em nossa solicitação. Disse ainda que não havia vagas, que o hotel teria um casamento etc. tudo isso na nossa mesa de café, com a comida na boca. Tivemos de fazer o estorno ali mesmo
Não poderia ter esperado que terminasse nos o café? Nem uma cortesia ou gentileza nos dois oferecida. Estávamos cansados, quase sem dormir a duas noites. Percebe-se uma equipe muito mal treinada para lidar com hóspedes e situações divergentes. Por favor, melhorem. Minha mãe saiu chorando, sentindo-se um lixo.

Ok, mas não volto.
Pros:

Tem aparência de hotel novo. Boa localização.

Cons:

Falta tomadas, não tem ar convencional no quarto com possibilidade de regulagem da temperatura. E o que mais me pega: tivemos uma situação em que precisamos alterar a reserva e eles foram totalmente inflexíveis, independente de todo o resto, por causa disso, e falta de tato com o hóspede, não voltarei.
