According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. O hotel precisa melhorar as instalações e limpeza dos quartos.
Pros:

Localização, café da manhã bom porém em local inadequado.

Cons:

Lençóis sujos e com pelos de cachorro. Cabelos no chão. Porta do banheiro não fechava, ramal do quarto não funcionava.

Desta vez, decepcionante.
Pros:

O quarto estava limpo como sempre, com todas amenidades e conforto de sempre - fora o fato do ar condicionado não estar funcionando no hotel inteiro, coisa que não nos foi informada antecipadamente.

Já estive no Swan duas vezes, sempre foi muito prazeroso. No entanto, essa última estada, havia um problema com o ar condicionado no hotel inteiro e não estavam funcional, em dia de 30+ graus em Caxias. Não fomos informadas disso no check-in pela recepção, descobrimos porque havia ali outros hóspedes reclamando - a recepção não se pronunciou no processo de check-in, não nos ofereceu uma opção ou desconto ou cancelamento, visto que era um dia extremamente quente e o quarto estava sufocante. Eles pareciam apressados em fazer o check-in sem dar explicações ou tempo de negociação. Achei um tanto desrespeitoso, se eu não tivesse perguntado sobre o que os hospedes estavam reclamando, a recepção sequer teria me avisado. Foi uma estadia extremamente desconfortável a ponto de eu ter que sair do quarto para não passar mal. Faltou transparência e me senti prejudicada pelo preço que paguei pela estadia.

Ar condicionado quebrado oa 4 dias. Ficam enrolandone dizendo que a peça ñ chegou… depois que o mecanico ñ foi… o telefone do quarto tb ñ funcionava. Avisei 2x e nada foi feito, ñ havia comunicação com a recepção.

Ida à festa da uva em busca de um bom hotel

Na hora do checkin fui informado que o ar condicionado do hotel estava estragado e que a reserva poderia ser cancelada sem prejuízo.
Um absurdo, pois estamos no verão e poderiam ter avisado antes do dia da entrada.
Não houve nem desconto na hospedagem.

Pros:

When do we arrive and go to our room? No have air-conditioning was very hot. I called the front desk and I asked what happened to the AC and they said it was broke and nothing they can do. I sleep all night and a very hot room. I sweat a lot was a really bad experience.

Apenas no momento do check-in informam que estavam sem ar condicionado em nenhum quarto. Pelo que foi dito já estavam com o problema desde o dia anterior e se omitiram de informar tal situação com antecedência.

Funcionários muito atenciosos

Cons:

O ar condicionado do meu quarto não estava funcionando, disseram que era um problema geral no hotel. Cederam um ventilador para quebrar o galho. Resumindo, fiquei dois dias no hotel, temperatura na cidade de mais de 30 graus e meu quarto sem ar condicionado. Aparentemente o hotel é muito bom, mas esse problema me decepcionou muito.
