A very ordinary and simple hotel with included meals
Pros:

Everything is taken care of for you, many things to do and all three meals and coffee. Lots of swimming pools and a water park. Rooms are very well lit with overhead lighting.

Cons:

Meals are not consistent. Some very salty, no imagination and ordinary. People working there are all late teens or early 20s, not experienced. Check-in is mandatory over your computer or phone. This is impossible for those sight impaired! None of the staff speaks English, French or other languages something very expected from a quality hotel. International clients are severely disadvantaged. Rooms to not have ramps for wheelchair access. We are both in our 70s and it felt strange not to see any retired couples.

Tive uma boa estadia no Hotel Parque das Ondas. A estrutura é boa, as piscinas são bem cuidadas e os funcionários são atenciosos. O café da manhã é satisfatório. No geral, foi uma experiência positiva, porém existem pontos que podem ser aprimorados.

Cons:

Percebi alguns pontos que podem ser aprimorados, principalmente na manutenção dos quartos e em alguns espaços comuns. O café da manhã é ok, mas poderia ter mais variedade.

Foi tudo perfeito, variedades , a atenção dos colaboradores, a organização e disposição dos produtos alimentícios perfeitos. O espaço suficientemente satisfatório para atender a demanda de hospedes , De um modo geral foi um espetáculo nossa estadia no Hotel Parque das Fontes

Nada a me queixar, eu e minha esposa ficamos muito satisfeitos.
Talvez melhorar um pouco a questão da rede de wi-fi.
A questão de proibir hospedes de levar equipamentos de som foi perfeita.

Pros:

Café da manhã, almoço e jantar no restaurante Caravelas. Parque aquático infantil. Petiscos.

Cons:

Funcionários do snack mau humorados. Tratam os hóspedes como se estivesse fazendo favor para alguém. O mesmo acontece com os funcionários do restaurante do parque aquático infantil. Faltou profissionalismo e educação.
Bebidas alcoólicas do ALL inclusive de baixa qualidade. A cachaça por exemplo era Pindoba e Ypióca prata.
