Pros:

徳島里帰り、家族４人２部屋で宿泊しました。施設、部屋は古いですが、丁寧に掃除されていました。朝食は徳島産を使用していて、美味しく頂きました。
近くには食事所もコンビニもあり、徳島散策にも使えるいいロケーションです。

Cons:

駐車場利用は少し不便でした。出入りの時間が決められていて、昼間の出入りでは、ちょっと部屋へ帰って何かをしてまた出かける度に駐車料がかかります。また近辺は殆ど路駐禁止です。
