地點優- 距離火車、巴士車站步行僅需3分鐘，樓下有郵局，鄰近有百貨、無印良品、便利商店、拉麵店等。
房間大小中等，一人入住剛好。鄰近有飯店特約停車場，可從空橋過去飯店。

Cons:

房間有淡淡的煙味，噴一下房間內的去味劑有好一點。從停車場到飯店的空橋在三樓，可通往百貨公司，之後再搭電梯到一樓，從外面再走過去飯店大門，路線稍嫌複雜。

Pros:

徳島里帰り、家族４人２部屋で宿泊しました。施設、部屋は古いですが、丁寧に掃除されていました。朝食は徳島産を使用していて、美味しく頂きました。
近くには食事所もコンビニもあり、徳島散策にも使えるいいロケーションです。

Cons:

駐車場利用は少し不便でした。出入りの時間が決められていて、昼間の出入りでは、ちょっと部屋へ帰って何かをしてまた出かける度に駐車料がかかります。また近辺は殆ど路駐禁止です。
