Good price for a private room in Tokyo
Pros:

The room was very clean, a bit small but to be expected. The location isn’t too close to many attractions; however, it was located close to the Yamanode line and was about a 20-30 minute commute to all of the main tourist attractions. I like how the neighborhood wasn’t too busy, felt very safe.

Cons:

The walls are thin so you can hear the people next door if they’re loud, heard someone lightly snoring at night.

Would Recommended for Solo Travellers
Pros:

The location is very close to the station and it was incredibly convievent being on the Yamanote line. There is also a Family Mart next door. The staff were very attentive and there was often always more than one around. The bed was comfortable and the room is enough for one person, two might be a little squish. It is a little old looking, and the general vibes it gives off might turn some people away. But if you are happy with a Japanese business style hotel (smaller rooms, no frills kind) then this place is great.

Cons:

Sometimes the hallways had a weird smell, not bad, just weird. Also didnt love that the cleaning cart was kept in the hallways some days even though it was covered. Needing to hand they key over when leaving the hotel is odd but it worked out fine and ther was always someone ready at the desk to give the key back when returning.

Pros:

Location was great! A Family Mart was located right outside the hotel, and a Seiyu department store was also a few steps/1-2 minute walk from the hotel. The best part was that the train station which is part of the JR line was within a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Cons:

The bed was a bit too small for 2 people...

スタッフの方が明るくて丁寧に対応くださいました。部屋は掃除が行き届いており清潔でした。リーズナブルな価格です。

Cons:

ベットサイドにあるダイヤルを回して空調温度を調整するようですが、それに気づかず、一晩中暑くて窓を何度も開け閉めしました。

Pros:

Overall is good. Staffs were kind and helpful. Room is a bit small, but it was good value for money.

Cons:

It was quite noisy. Every morning I woke up by talking and knocking sound came from corridor. I think the hotel is old, so the soundproofing is poor.
