Gostei do quarto, bastante confortável, gostei também da localização e do café da manhã

Cons:

Não gostei da falta de humanização, de sensibilidade para com todos, estávamos em grupo de 11 pessoas, era meu aniversário, sendo 4 crianças, inclusive uma de dois anos, chegamos 16:50, e por causa do problema do documento de uma criança, todos foram obrigados a ficar jogados fora, não apareceu ninguém para oferecer nem um copo com água. As crianças chorando nervosas e com fome, depois que chamamos a polícia e eu consegui falar com a representante geral foi que liberaram nossa entrada, isso já passava das:20:00 horas. um constrangimento terrível, principalmente por conta das crianças. Falando a verdade eu ainda estou com raiva, pq foi um descaso terrível. E ainda perguntei para funcionária, se não tivéssemos resolvido o problema do documento, se todos iriam ficar na rua, ela me respondeu: infelizmente sim, são normas do hotel.

Quartos velhos, com mofo, cobrança de taxa para pet porém não vi nada de diferente em questão de limpeza (que foi justificativa para a cobrança), café da manhã sem muita diversidade e com funcionários mal educados, lugar barulhento, falta uma reforma no prédio, garagem ruim.
