Pros:

breakfast was really good

Cons:

having hot water in shower ans jucuzzi place wasn't the cleanest. we stayed here when first opened and was much cleaner n had hot water was extremely disappointed

It was relaxing and I was happy with the cleanliness and friendly staff
Pros:

I have stay at this location many times and every time it is clean and relaxing and staff are friendly and helpful. I will stay agien!

Cons:

The fact that the pool and hot tub are never open to be used. Also I stay in rooms with jetted tubs and the water doesn't get hot to even use it😏

A 2 star hotel at best
Cons:

Room was not clean, sticky substance on tables, bathroom floor was not clean, chair was dirty and stained, toilet didn't flush correctly, shower was not hot, basically it looked like they just replaced the sheets and towels and didn't clean the rest of the room. We went to this hotel for the pool but were told upon arrival it was closed for maintenance.

Was very good considering how cold out it was, the front desk people are extremely nice and accommod
Pros:

Loved the room, nice size comfortable beds. Having a fridge and microwave with coffee pot was helpful.

Cons:

Being on the third floor with someone that has trouble walking was difficult, also the carpet was not very clean, nail clippings all over.

A relaxing night
Pros:

It was very cozy, and the bed was super soft. The complimentary breakfast was good, and overall, the hotel was quiet and relaxing!

Cons:

The pool was closed for maintenance, which is something I always look forward to when staying at a hotel. Could have had better lighting in some areas of the room, but it was still nice.

I was not aware when booking the indoor pool was closed due to no heater.
Was not updated on website. Kids were very disappointed no swimming.
Bathroom 309 needs total clean and maintenance. Mold

Cons:

Carpet in front lobby elevator needs replacing. It is sticky and a trip hazard.
Coffee was very bitter.
