Pros:

Der Pförtner war sehr nett und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Ich dachte, man kann positive Erfahrungen als Grundlage für eine weitere Buchung nutzen. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass im Vergleich zu meinem Aufenthalt vor drei Jahren der Service und der Zustand des Hotels nachgelassen hat.

Cons:

Die Zimmer im unteren Bereich sind teilweise etwas kalt und die zur Straße etwas laut.

Attentive and friendly staff at this unique small hotel in Zone 10.
The rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds and well appointed bathrooms.
Loved the garden areas on every level and the rooftop cafe serves up delicious breakfasts!

Séjour agréable à l'Hôtel Inmaculada
Pros:

L'hôtel est idéalement placé dans un quartier "tranquille" (Zone 10) entre l'aéroport et les Musées Ixchel et Archéologique de Ciudad Guatemala.
Environnement charmant avec le restaurant en terrasse entourée d'un petit mais beau jardin. Chambre spacieuse et très confortable.
Bon accueil et personnel sympathique. Petit-déjeuner copieux et savoureux. Proximité du restaurant Casa Escobar.

Sehr gutes Frühstück frisch und sehr geschmackvoll zubereitet . Das Restaurant allgemein sehr empfehlenswert. Business Raum bietet gute Arbeitsmöglichkeiten

Cons:

Versprochenes High Speed Wifi nicht zufriedenstellend auf dem Zimmer. Handtuchhalter im Bad fiel immer wieder von der Wand ab. Klimaanlage erzeugt keine Wärme. Es war nachts sehr kalt.

El restaurante es muy bueno, el personal es muy atento, el área es tranquila y cerca del aeropuerto

Cons:

Las camas o el piso rechinan demasiado cuando uno se sienta o se acomoda, el baño huele a cañería después que se utiliza el agua caliente

Ambiente aconchegante e funcionários atenciosos.
Pros:

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e a localização do hotel é muito boa. O café da manhã estava delicioso. A cama é muito confortável. O restaurante do hotel é ótimo.

Cons:

A ajuste da temperatura da água do chuveiro não estava funcionando muito bem. Algumas vezes a água estava frio e em outras muito quente.

Pros:

Su ubicación, el buen trato y calidez por parte del personal y el excelente desayuno, así como la comida del restaurante.

Cons:

Repetí la misma habitación del 2024. La habitación por sí misma está perfecta solamente que se le filtra mucho el ruido de las personas caminando por el pasillo, así como cuando los vecinos activan la ducha. Me volveré a quedar próximamente y cambié de habitación para determinar si es ya en sí mismo, un problema del diseño del hotel. Me gustaría que es tu mejore, pero aún así no es un inconveniente que me lleve a buscar otro hotel.

Nice hotel but musty smelling room

The room had a strong musty smell. It was overwhelming. When we first arrived, reception told me free shuttle was not included even though it says so on Booking. Hotels need to update their information! She did end up giving us a free shuttle, but it's annoying
