Staff very helpful and accommodate your needs very politely. First time staying here and really enjoying the place and easy transportation to shopping.
Breakfast very good, waiter was very good
Not satisfied with room. Not for the old people like us. Both are senior Citizens. My self 80+ and my wife 78. No week chair in the hotel.
They ask for advance payment
The room was big, but nothing else about it was good. This must be one of the worst hotels I have stayed and it was not cheap either! Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere!
The room was dirty, with stains and hair on the pillows and other bedlinnen, stains and dust on all surfaces, dirty shower floor where water accumulated, bathroom full of limestone deposits and stains, etc. Although it is claimed to be "soundproofed", you hear everything from the corridor and although we were at the back of the building, we could hear the traffic from the street continuously and loudly and there was the continuous sound of a pump(?) during the whole night. The room looked little like the pictures anymore and seems to be falling apart with electrical wires exposed at some places! Staff was not helpful at all and did not seem to care. We booked for 3 nights but left after 1 horrible night. Only the lady behind the reception at checkout was friendly and apologised, but we still had to pay for breakfast, even if we did not have any. Most reviews on booking.com of this hotel provide no text, just very high reviews, which seems like a scam.
