Safe place and centric
Pros:

It was close to where I had to be and I had small
view from the toilet. Bed was comfy.

Cons:

the hotel reception could be just tiny bit fancy or the area in the stairs could be improved with some painting. But overall good care of everything.

Parfait pour court séjour
Pros:

Le personnel toujours présent, serviable, aimable.
Quartier calme, tout au alentours pas besoin de courir loin, hôtel bien situé pas très loin du métro pour ce déplacer.

Cons:

Juste des petits travaux de rénovation je pense, mais sinon tout est ok

After initial hiccup, a very comfortable stay in a nice area of Paris
Pros:

Great hotel position in an interesting neighbourhood. Great proximity to the Avenue Verte cycle trail. Clean, secure, airy room.

Cons:

Bike storage. The hotel is listed under the Acceuil Velo logo which includes safe bike storage in its policy. Our initial contact with the staff was not positive and we were reluctantly shown an area where we could store our bikes but we had to carry them up a flight of stairs.
