Le camere hanno conosciuto periodi sicuramente migliori... hotel non corrisponde assolutamente alle 4 stelle che pubblicizza.. meglio un 3 stelle di basso livello

Pros:

I had to cancel the reservation due to 5 of the 7 people in my group were ill and we were unable to travel to Benni Mellal and this hotel. Expedia and I tried to no avail to get my refund of 3 rooms but to no avail.
This is very disappointing. I cancelled in enough time by still the hotel Ouzoud would not refund my money. Not good business.

The room smelled of cigarettes and the room was old and looks not 4 star hotel. Breakfast was not buffet and poor for the price.

Bathrooms not clean at all. Old fashioned TVs..needs a lot of upgrades. Not worth the price I paid which was 35$

Definitely not a 4.5 star hotel. It is a motel. The rooms were old and outdated. Furniture completely worn out. Bathroom had mold in the ceiling. The front desk staff was rude when it came to paying. I had paid online and he was telling me I had not and trying to double charge.
