Very happy with the location, staff and cleanliness of this hotel.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Due to my poor Italian, the receptionist ordered food for me and when it arrived, happily delivered it to my room, going out of her way to be helpful. It was very appreciated after a long day of driving.

Overall it was a pleasant stay.
Pros:

The receptionist was eager to solve the issues that arose.

Cons:

The first room we were given smelt strongly of stale smoke and was close to the road so had a lot of vehicle noise but we were moved to a fresher quieter room at the back of the hotel. I had said during booking that we preferred a quiet room so if we had been offered this one first it would have been better. We had booked a Superior Queen Room and I don't think this is the room we actually got.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z hotelu. Spędziliśmy tam 3 noce. Codziennie sprzątany pokój, codziennie świeże ręczniki, zmieniona pościel. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Śniadania skromne ale bardzo dobre i wystarczające.
Ogólnie hotel warty polecenia. Jak jeszcze będziemy w okolicy, to na pewno się tam zatrzymany.

We personally do not recommend this hotel (October 26). Perhaps something will change in the future.
Pros:

Large parking lot. Overall, it's a decent hotel for an overnight stay on the road, even if you don't mind the staff or the way they handle the guest experience. I hope the owners read this and consider replacing the manager and improving the way the staff works.

Cons:

We were incredibly outraged by the way the staff worked and their attitude towards guests. The premises smelled of smoke, and the common areas were dirty... While the rooms themselves were clean and quite decent, that did little to make up for the overall impression.

It's a shame that these were our last two nights of a wonderful 14-day trip through magical Italy, where the Italians are the most friendly and hospitable...

Still, I wouldn’t go so far as to say that this hotel is completely unsuitable for an overnight stay while on the road. Our rating is more of an informational point to draw attention to current misunderstandings than to put the hotel on a list of terrible ones. I should mention that this is just our own personal opinion...
