Struttura molto bella, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, posizione top anche se la mattina presto il suono dalla moschea ti sveglia

Petrec destul de des vacanța în acest hotel când vin în Istanbul. Personal foarte drăguț. Sejurul acesta, check-in-ul l-am făcut la 8 dimineațai, având camera disponibilă, au fost foarte drăguți și ne-au cazat mult mai devreme. 😍

Allt som allt är jag nöjd. Till det priset så var det enligt förväntan.
Pros:

Läget var bra, frukosten var god. Personalen var jättebra och serviceinriktade.

Städningen i rummet kunde vara bättre och internet kunde också vara bättre.

Habitación pequeña,sábanas rotas,buena wifi,y buena calefaccion

Cons:

Las sábanas estaban rotas,pedir un taxi al encargado era un mundo se lo tenías q pagar al hotel y no te aceptaban tarjetas.
Cuando subías a la entrada del hotel un olor a gato que daba asco.El desayuno no era internacional todo turco,solo comimos pan con mantequilla y el pan era de barra cortado mal y chafado por las manos q lo cortaba.

Oasis de tranquilidad justo al lado del bullicio del bazar
Pros:

Muy céntrico, al lado del gran bazar. La decoración es muy bonita, y tiene un precioso patio interior en el que entra mucha luz. También tiene una terraza con vistas muy bonitas en el cuarto piso.

El tamaño de la habitación es ligeramente pequeño, aunque suficiente.

Staff eccezionale per gentilezza e accoglienza. Albergo complessivamente buono.
Pros:

Lo staff della reception è molto disponibile e gentile. La posizione dell'albergo è tra la fermata del tram di Beyazid e Laleli-Üniversite, lo rende pertanto comodo anche per chi arriva con la navetta aeroportuale a Aksaray.

Cons:

Il servizio della colazione rappresenta un elemento fondamentale per la qualità complessiva di un albergo e, a mio avviso, meriterebbe una revisione più attenta, sia in termini di varietà dell’offerta che di quantità disponibile.
Se ci si presenta alle 7:30, spesso la colazione è ancora in fase di preparazione; al contrario, dopo le 9:00 si rischia di non trovare più un’adeguata disponibilità di prodotti.
