Habian cucarachas en todos lados en mi habitación, el baño, el cuarto, el piso
THERE WAS ALOT OF HOMELESS AROUND AND IN HOTEL. WHEN I TOOK MY DOG OUT THERE WAS ALWAYS SOMEONE OUTSIDE WANTING FREE BREAKFAST OR TO USE OUR PHONE OR TO GET A CIGERWTTE IT WAS ANNOYING BUT BESIDES THAT IT WAS CLEAN INSIDE.
Homeless people outside constantly
How friendly the staff was. I liked that I got plenty of rest and options for breakfast for someone that doesn’t eat pork. I booked my birthday stay next month☺️
I found someone’s court papers in the room. So wasn’t clean well.
Nada estaba sucio
La gente nunca ayudó a nada
La piscina llena
Huele feo y por las noches mucho ruido ni pude dormir

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was relatively clean and stocked with clean towels. The night receptionist was friendly. For a Saturday night, the other guests were considerate and quiet. The downstairs lobby was far more hospitable than the room. The pantry near reception was well stocked.
The property was a 1970's era Ramada Inn in its previous life. The sound from the nearby highway was impossible to ignore. Light from the hallway shone under the gap at the bottom of the door and through the Peep-Hole. The soda machine on the third floor was inoperable. The standing lamp lacked a lightbulb. Television reception cut out intermittently. The pool was shallow & tiny. I was in room 331. I would suggest getting a room number higher than 31 which would put you further from the highway. The elevator was tiny. I wouldn't feel safe walking anywhere near this property. This place was more stressful than relaxing. Neither the office chair nor the corner chair in the room was comfortable. There were no USB ports for neither cellphones nor laptops.
Hot tub is aways good. Breakfast was good.
The bed seemed hard. The tv was hard to turn on. We did get it on and worked fine. You had to turn the TV on at the TV.. The TV remote would not turn it on. After turning on the tv the remote would work.
The room was ok overall. The bed was descent and clean. Smaller room but ok for 2 people.
The choking smell of air freshener and carpet freshener in the hallways. there was a constant fog in the air with freshener. the major concern was the mold on the ceiling over the tub/shower. The continental breakfast was unsanitary to say the least. The plastic silverware served with heads up, the butter or cream cheese served in bulk cut into pieces in a foam bowl covered with plastic that you are supposed to remove and reuse. The waffle mix served in a juice container in bulk just sitting on the counter all morning. The juices in the fridge served open topped containers in bulk. We opted out of eating due to concerns about cleanliness. Not necessarily just the staff and hotel, but hands of other guests that are able to touch and contaminate items that are bulk and shared instead of individual pre packaged items.
I liked the jacuzzi tub in my room and the t.v in there to watch while relaxing
Cheap
Room 137 the bathroom door was locked when we got there they tried to open it failed. Never ordered us new room so we didnt have a bathroom the over night discovered that same room has 2 live bed bugs. The guy when I told him said ill tell the manager and thats it no refund nothing absolutely nasty pool even in the morning wasnt cleaned at all had nasty stuff floating in it.
Everything plus the hot tub.
I didn't like that we had to check out when are stay ended.
