Pros:

Pour le prix de la nuitée, il manquait de l’eau chaude dans la douche .
La chambre était parfaite avec balcon donnant sur la piscine.

The staff were lovely especially reception. Breakfast was ok.
It seemed to be in an area that didn't have much especially if you didn't have a car. The room was very basic and a very scruffy dirty area at the bottom of the stairs.

The security guard was great he was the one who actually informed me that there was a pub. The woman who was the serving breakfast was great also. I'd say there's a major issue with management. It definitely wasn't the of experience I was hoping for.

This hotel is poorly managed the lines are stained and the tv did not work, the AC was extremely noisy, the room was not very clean. Im sorry but I cannot recommend this hotel

Pros:

Was giving a horrible room not what i had reserved.. Room was. Ugly bed blankets stained pillows were stained disgusting
I complained to management told them room i was giving was disgusting. Was given another room. Pool was dirty
Next day i requested for another set og towels was not approved looks like guess have to use same towel for several days

Pros:

It was average overall. I remembered before booking it to make sure it was family friendly and if it had laundry. I try using the laundry and the front desk told us they do not have laundry for customers and we cannot use theirs . I asked where I can do my laundry and She said somewhere in a colony? 😅 She was not helpful at all and refuse to further help me .

This hotel and their staff is garbage! I arrived and tried to bring a bottle of alcohol into my room and they did not want to allow it and tried forcing me to buy it from them. Their bar closed at 7pm and they didn't have any service and wanted to force their security guard to serve us beers so we would buy it from them. I have never experienced such nasty service. Will never stay here again

Pleasant hotel supporting good ethics
Pros:

I had a room right next to reception in an open corridor. The nice pool was just a few seconds away. There was a bar in the breakfast area. The breakfast was limited but adequate. The staff were really pleasant.
One thing that stood out was the ethics of the hotel and the work it supported - worth booking the hotel for that alone.
The hotel was a great place to chill, and was reasonably central.

Lovely pool but average service
Pros:

The pool area was lovely and the rooms were ok but nothing fancy. The service wasn’t great at all. You need to be able to speak Spanish to stay here.
On the day before our last I asked the hotel to arrange a taxi, the receptionist didn’t write down the info so when I saw her later in the day I asked her was everything ok with the taxi. She smiled and nodded. At 06.30 the next morning the phone in our room rang and it was the receptionist asking what time we wanted the taxi. I told her again and then, even after this, the taxi arrived half an hour early!

Not so good. The hotel is pretty. No hot water, there was a water leak through the ceiling light. Found a roach in the bed.

Nice hotel with pool and typical breakfast.
Pros:

Super value for the money. Nice roms with air conditioner. Typical Nicaraguan breakfast ‘’gallo pinto’’ which means scrambled eggs, beans and rice comes with toast, juice and coffee. Nice pool changing water every day. Only $ 40 for the room.
