Food options were great and catered for preferences for my group. Price was good as well. Space was clean and nicely furnished. Loved the fact that complimentary water for my group of 5 was provided daily. All together, very good value for money. Will highly recommend and will be booking again

Pros:

Fantastic stay. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with our own pool which overlooked the beach. Staff, service and food were excellent. 15 min taxi to Bang Tao with plenty of shops and restaurants.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the resort. The staff were so attentive and friendly, while our rooms were spacious and clean. The kids loved the pool, both in the room and within the resort. The access to the beach was easy and the beach very quiet. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Breakfast and pool good. Property right on the beach though.
Room ok but hotel in general not as good as other hotels we stayed in Phuket. Too expensive for what it was. Hotel a bit bland and a bit too far to walk to the other beach bars etc (40 mins)
We were disappointed for the price we paid.
Staff were nice but we had to wait 2 hours to check in even although the place was fairly quiet

Really pleasant stay at Movenpick Bangtao. Its a tad old but the hotel is well maintained and the environment is great for families. It has large rooms, a nice pool and close to the beach. There are mosquitoes though which can be annoying. Overall still 5 star

Very friendly and not too pricey.

Really enjoyed the stay .. room was large and clean but a little dated as was the pool facilities. This didn’t stop us having a great time.

Staff were excellent and very eager and willing to please
Breakfast was excellent and service from Abby and Orly was amazingly warm and generous.
Close to the beach and Smigos beach restaurant which was excellent.

The property was well situated and 10min away from great local restaurants. Service from check in to check out all were exceptional. Greeted w Tea and host was able to accomodate us as we arrived much earlier than our regular checkin time. Facilties were excellent - clean and very well kept. Grear breakfast and good service all around. Will be back again. Beach was just few steps away w local restaurants as well.
