sauber, super Lage, freundliche Personal))

Das Restaurant im Hotel -ich habe zweimal versucht kurz nach 21 Uhr ( steht nach Angaben bis 23 Uhr geöffnet) ein Glas Wein zu kriegen und die Antwort - wir schließen- bekommen habe, trotz es war noch einige Kunden da. Übrigens, letztes Jahr war ich auch in dem Hotel. Das gleiche Erreignis mit dem Restaurant- sehr unangenehm. Und es gibt keine Möglichkeit ( kein Automat z.B. ) im Hotel, am Abend etwas - Wasser, Cola, Süßigkeiten...zu kriegen,.Wenn Du spät kommst - nichts.

Great one-night stay
Pros:

I arrived after reception hours, but getting the key was very easy and everything went smoothly. The room was comfortable, and although I booked a single room, I was given a double room, which was a lovely surprise. I only stayed for one night, but I was very happy with everything. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Needs a serious upgrade
Pros:

Great location, although a bit noisy in the evening.

Cons:

The baby crib had no mattress.
Lots of stairs even to get from elevator to the room.
No AC means guests are cooked in the summertime.

Pros:

La posizione è strategica per girare la città e per godersi le serate lungo il Reno. Il receptionist è molto gentile e fornisce indicazioni molto utili x girare la città. Le camere sono pulite.

Gutes Hotel in Top Lage
Pros:

Super Lage - sowohl wohl Basel SBN als auch Basel Bad einfach per Tram zu erreichen. Mit der BaselCard ist Nahverkehr kostenlos (auch am An- und Abreisetag).
Großes Zimmer mit Bett, Schrank, kleiner Tisch und TV. Durch die extreme Hitze die letzten Tage war das Zimmer sehr aufgeheizt (und es war nicht unterm Dach). Ein Ventilator hat etwas Abhilfe schaffen können. Fenster öffnen war auch gute Alternative, aber ab 5 Uhr im der Frühe wird es sehr laut durch die Trams und Autos (Verkehr bei geschlossenen Fenstern nicht zu hören).
Super netter Service. Vorab bekommt man relevante Informationen per Mail / Link zum Check in, zur Stadt, Empfehlungen etc.

Cons:

Der Teppich im Zimmer müsste mal erneuert werden. Sonst aber alles wunderbar!!!

Bien, se nota que es antiguo pero está limpio y muy céntrico. El personal es encantador.

Cons:

La cuna estaba rota y nos pudimos usarla, nos dimos cuenta al llegar al hotel y ya no había nadie en recepción para solucionar el problema.

Super verkehrsgünstig gelegene Unterkunft!
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang von der sehr hilfsbereiten Amanda! Wir waren dieses Mal zu dritt und auch meine Mitreisenden sind begeistert. Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis! Der bereitgestellte Ventilator hat eine Nachteinstellung und ist angenehm leise !
