Resepsiyondaki güler yüzlü personeller için tekrar gideceğim.

Merhaba . Sabahın 06.00 olmasına rağmen Resepsiyon görevlisi bayan arkadaş (Mıhaela ) görevinin başında çok kibar güler yüzle ve nezaketli olarak bizleri karşılayarak yardımcı oldu. Özellikle kendisine teşekkür ederim. Derviş garsonu. Çok nezaketli idi.

Cons:

Tesisiniz konum ve temizlik olarak çok iyi ve güzel ancak odalardaki mini barlarda kullandığımız. Şampanya ve şarap ücretleri çok yüksek fiyatlı. Şampanya şarap ve kuruyemiş için 33 DOLAR. yüksek fiyat alındı. Diğer konularda herşey çok güzeldi

Fast alles Andere.
Frühstück war eine Katastrophe.
Kein Kaffe im Frühstücksraum. Man ist darauf angewiesen, dass der Barkeeper Lust hat, sich zu bewegen und den Frühstücksraum betritt, dann hat man die Chance auf einen Kaffee oder Tee.
Ansonsten muss man sich a die Bar stellen, darauf hoffen, dass er aus der Küche kommt und kann an der Bar bestellen.
Die Eier, Pfannkuchen, usw. werden zum Frühstückbeginn frisch zubereitet sind aber nach 30 Minuten kalt. Nachgelegt wird nichts und warmgehalten auch nicht.
Dusche defekt, Toilettendeckel defekt, Raum wurde nicht gesäubert,….

Разочарована что дорого, и не соответствует.

Местоположение близко к аэропорту

Цена не соответствует месту:
Номера прокуренные, в одном из номеров балкон не закрывался, очень долго ждали персонал что бы починили. В одном номере не было полотенец, одно всего лишь. Люстра была сломана. Сейф сломался, не открывался. Забыл тренер кольцо обручальное, ходили на ресепшен спрашивали за него, спросили у нас что забыли, типо не знают, в итоге пошли сами посмотреть номер, ничего не было, уже уборка прошла, потом подошли к уборщице, сказали вернуть, в итоге она вернула. В ресторане перепутали 4 блюда, принесли не то, а еще принесли то что не заказывали. При оплате, сказала им снимите с денег которые через букинг были в блоке, девушка на ресепшен сказала она их не видит, и попросила оплатить по новой, в итоге я с ней спорила, и она все же смогла снять деньги которые уже были заморожены через букинг при бронировании у них в системе.
Странное место.

Cons:

До 00:00 было очень шумно из-за ресторана доносилась громкая музыка, хотя меня заверили, что она до 23:00 но по факту до 00:00 было очень громко. Мой номер был над рестораном(!

În niciun caz 4 stele. Prea scump pentru ce oferă.
Pros:

Camerele erau mari și aveau un covor fain. Parcarea era încăpătoare.

Cons:

La 5 stele nu ai o canapea extensibila cu arcuri, ci un pat dublu. Micul dejun foarte slab, patiseria era cel putin de o zi.
Accesul in camere era printr-un hol foarte îngust și incomod pentru cărat bagaje.
Este foarte departe de centru și drumul este foarte prost, îți strici mașina pe el.

Тихое, спокойное место. Недалеко от аэропорта. Персонал приветливый.

Cons:

В душевой кабинете плохо сходит вода,
Регулятор воды не зафиксирован винтом и легко снимается.
Дверка на столе, прикрывающая холодильник, держится на одной петле.
Спортивный зал можно оборудовать получше
