I am open on December 25th and 26th, 2025 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. I am closed on December 24th, 25th, 12th, 30th and 31st, 2025.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Kinderfreundliches, sauberes Hotel
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr kinderfreundlich und zuvorkommend.Die Zimmer waren sauber und sehr groß. Das Frühstück und Abendessen hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Beste war die Kinderkarte und Kinderbuffet zum Frühstück.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück hat uns Erdbeer Marmelade gefehlt. Schilder haben beim Frühstück manchmal nicht mit der Auslage übereingestimmt.

Cons:

Attitude of kitchen and restaurant staff. Closed kitchen at 9pm because they were too busy with guests. I I was told the restaurant was open until 10 and I went in after arriving at the hotel from driving directly from Berlin airport at 9.05pm. I travelled 10 hours and had no proper meal all day and was refused food - not even offered a quick meal. No one cared about how I felt or who I was - I was just an inconvenience. I learned afterward that the kitchen should have closed at 9.30pm but there was no senior management on site that evening so the kitchen decided it was busy and made their own rules. It was shocking and I felt pretty upset that, as a guest that travelled a long way, my situation didn’t mean anything to anyone - I just didn’t matter …they were too busy and I was wasn’t welcome or of any concern to them. Shameful.
There was one lady that helped me in the end but she had to do it secretly and I ended up with a burger hidden behind the reception desk and was forced to eat it in my room so no one could see that I’d been served - apparently I wasn’t the only one that had been treated this way but I’d made enough ‘fuss’ they wanted me out of the bar / restaurant area.

Pros:

Sehr nett empfangen. Schönes großes Zimmer.Alles da was man braucht.Gutes Frühstück. Gutes Essen im Restaurant. Viele Kleinigkeiten die sehr positiv sind.Sehr Kinderfreundlich. Ruhige Lage. Alles in allem sehr positiv. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir haben tatsächlich nichts negatives gefunden.

Pros:

Sehr große und geräumige Zimmer für vier Personen. Unser Flug ab Leipzig ging am folgenden Morgen. Das Hotel ist 5 min vom Flughafen entfernt.
Wir waren im Hotel essen, das Essen war gut, leider kamen die Kindergerichte nicht -wie bestellt- zur Vorspeise und die Kugel Eis ließ leider auch etwas auf sich warten. Aber wir werden sehr gern wieder kommen.

Das Hochbett hat den Kindern gut gefallen, auch die Möglichkeit der Verdunklung war gut .

Cons:

Die Kopfkissen waren nicht gut.

Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal und sehr angenehme Atmosphäre im Hotel. Fußläufig war ein Konsum zu erreichen wo man alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt , kaufen kann.

Cons:

Die Betten haben etwas geknarrt aber das ist verschmerzbar

Perfektes Hotel für einen Messebesuch
Pros:

Sehr sauber, sehr stylish, mit dem Auto keine 15 Minuten von der Messe entfernt. Die Betten sind bequem, das Personal ist extrem freundlich, das Frühstück gut und Parkplätze (€12 pro Tag) gibt es ausreichend - was will man mehr?
