Ich bin seit mehr als 20 Jahren Gast und schätze es , dass die Rezeption 24 Stunden für seine Gäste da ist. Ich bin meist Spät-Anreisende und werde gut und persönlich in Empfang genommen. Heute nicht mehr selbstständig.

Die Beratung am Telefon zur Rate hat mir nicht gefallen. Habe im Internet recherchiert und dann eine angemessene Rate über Booking gebucht.Da ich weiß, dass Gebühren für das Hotel anfallen, schätze ich die Direktbuchung im Hotel .
Ich wünsche mir eine gute Beratung am Telefon, damit man direkt bucht und nicht über Portale , um die von unserer Firma vorgeschriebene Rate einzuhalten . Ich habe mit der entsprechenden Kollegin heute über ihre Beratung am Telefon gesprochen und ihr auch meine Ansicht mitgeteilt.
