Giant room, great pools. Pretty much perfect.
Pros:

Giant clean room, two gorgeous pools, close to lots of food and shops. The suite we had was huge. Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, living room and kitchen.

Cons:

Like some other reviews said, it's very loud outside. We requested a garden view suite which they said would be the quietest, and it was still very loud between 9 and 11pm. But thats to be expected in PDC. Also, I wish they had breakfast or something. Just some simple yogurt and fruit would be nice.

Schöne Anlage in Tulum
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage mitten im Zentrum. Es gibt einen Garten mit schönen Pool. Unser Zimmer war schön und hatten einen großen Balkon.

Cons:

Die Zimmer ohne Balkon sind eher klein
Vielleicht darauf achten...

Pros:

Wir hatten einen gemütlichen, großen Bungalow in dem herrlichen tropischen Garten. Tiere sieht man von der Terrasse aus. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz,es gibt genügend Restaurants und Geschäfte. Wasser ist vorhanden und das Mietauto steht sicher in der Garage. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit.

Was sollen wir sagen......?
Die Wohnung war geräumig mit separaten Schlafzimmer. Die Küche war sehr sauber mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Damen am Empfang,
sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch haben sie uns gute Tips was die Restaurants gleich in der Nähe, 38 Straße betrifft.
Die Lage der Unterkunft war für uns ideal
gleich am Eck von der großen 5
Avenue.

Endroit spacieux et bien emménagé pour 6 personnes. Très bien localisé et très silencieux à deux pas de la 5ième avenue.
Bien équipé pour cuisiner. Grand balcon du côté jardin. Piscine peu achalandé et tout près de la plage.

Cons:

Pas chaises soleil sur la terrace de la toiture et option d'ombrage

We really enjoyed the closeness to all there was to see. The apartment was perfect with a lovely balcony to enjoy the jungle scenery. Parking and 24 hour check in very helpful!

The bungalow felt like a private jungle oasis in the midst of busy Playa del Carmen.
Pros:

Very comfortable bungalow, with covered outside seating area with hammock, surrounded by trees. Convenient, well equipped kitchen. Air conditioning and ceiling fans both worked very well. Spacious bathroom and shower had plenty of hot water for our family of three. Lovely pool (larger than looked in photos) and jacuzzi. Very quiet despite close proximity to 5th Avenue and only about 5 minute walk to Mamitas Beach. Wonderful secured underground parking right in facility. Beach/pool towels and beach chairs available to borrow. Our bungalow felt like a little oasis, surrounded by greenery, bird sounds, and even some wildlife (saw a couple agoutis and coatimundis in the early mornings).

Cons:

No complaints, a wonderful stay!
