Ascensore molto piccolo. Impossibile salire con una grande valigia
I am completely happy with my stay. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day, the towels were changed every day, the cleaning lady provides every day soap, toilet paper, shampoo. The bed is absolutely comfortable, absolutely clean, the pillows are big and comfortable. There is now noise, the terrace windows isolate the noise from the street. The terrace has a great view. The curtains are double. It is quiet in the hotel, no noise during my stay. There is restricted entrance with pin code also on the floor, which is good for security and i appreciate. The air condition in the room can be regulated and stopped by me, which i also appreciate. The staff are really polite and helpful, esp. cleaning lady Louissa and staff from reception - Shawn and his colleagues. The hotel is at walkable distance to main historical parts, there are also bus stop and taxi stop in front. If i have opportunity to come to Rome again, i will rest again in this place, i really enjoyed comfortable stay.
Everything was perfect
the location was great, very walkable, there was an issue with our room upon arrival and they were very accommodating, put us into a better room
no breakfast
Excellent location within walking distance of many of Rome’s major attractions, restaurants and public transport. The staff were incredibly helpful, always happy to recommend places to visit and the best ways to get around the city. The room was comfortable, cleaned thoroughly every day, and the housekeeping staff went above and beyond with thoughtful touches such as neatly folding our pyjamas!!
Write a short sentence to sum up your stay.
A comfortable and welcoming hotel in a fantastic location, with exceptional staff who helped make our stay in Rome memorable.
Honestly, very little. Reception being on the third floor might catch some guests by surprise, but it’s hardly an issue. You’re in Rome—there are far more important things to worry about, like deciding where to have your next gelato. 🍦🇮🇹
A comfortable and private hotel in town on the edge of Bolzano's business district, across the street from the South Tyrol Archeological Museum. Hotel is on upper floors of the building, but there is an elevator, and the views look right out over houses and gardens to the mountains. Easy bus service to the train station, or a pleasant walk through town squares and parks.
A hospitalidade.
The room we had was so small we didn’t have anywhere to put our luggage. We asked for an upgrade and for a room slightly larger which they accommodated no problem. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately our hotel room window opened to a small boxed in area that has wallpaper of a garden walkway and a small fake succulent garden to give you the feeling you are looking outside. To the right we could see the boiler unit and hear the people talking in the next room. I’ve never seen that in my life and it was laughable. We couldn’t tell if it was day or night! The elevator is so small it holds only 2 people. We had to go one at a time with our luggage. And it takes forever to come!
