La atención del personal de recepción, socorrista, lo más destacable.

Cons:

La limpieza del hotel dejaba mucho que desear. Ofrecen la posibilidad de cambio de toallas cada día, pero te dejan dobladas las mismas del dia anterior, incluso estando mojadas. En general, la limpieza deja que desear.
En cuanto a la comida, el buffet era muy limitado, con muy poca oferta y nada que ver con la dieta mediterrania (estando en Mallorca, ni una ensaimada en el desayuno, por ejemplo).

Pros:

Da simpatia do funcionários , quartos sujos lençóis da cama em 6 noites que estive hospedado não foram trocado , ar condicionado só funciona de vez em quando , comida limitada

Limpeza não fazem só trocam as toalhas e as mesmas rotas
Ar condicionado não funciona
Tudo incluído não é bem como pensava

La comida, entiendo que por el precio no se puede pedir gran cosa, pero el pan mega recalentado, la bollería igual y todo frito .... un poco más de endañada o verduras, más fruta y hubiede sido perfecto por el precio.

small pool, no programs, no administration in the cafeteria. The food was the same. The next day it was the same food overcooked, cucumbers, onions old, sour. No food quality control. and watermelons without taste. We bought watermelons in the store, they were sweet, delicious, real taste.

Cons:

Había mucho ruido en el comedor, suena como eco, entre ruido de platos, sillas arrastrando y jaleo, salía con dolor de cabeza. En el todo incluido en bebida no incluye casi nada. Poca variedad en comida.

La ubicación, la limpieza y el staff muy agradable.

Cons:

No hay aire acondicionado en la recepción del hotel (en ninguna otra parte más que en la habitación), la piscina es muy pequeña para todas las habitaciones que hay, muy pocas sombrillas en la piscina. Hay poca variedad en el buffet, escasea un poco (pero lo que hay está bueno).
Lo más importante, el que no tengan aire acondicionado con el calor que hace en Mallorca.
