Staff was amazing, polite, professional. Food at the restaurant was exceptionally tasty, for low prices. Room was exceptionally comfy,cozy,clean, dove shower products in the bathroom, super AC and tv, table n mirrors in our room for comfort. Amazing hotel, highly recommended. This hotel deserves 5 star not just 3, i will definitely return here. The price for the room was like a dream too,similar quality hotel rooms usually come for double price.

I stayed at the Regent Hotel for two nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was very responsive whenever I needed anything. The overall experience was solid and met my expectations. I’d definitely consider staying here again for its convenience and quality service.
Room size , hotel is near by airport
Staff is not courteous. Poor service (internet issues, no bathing soap in dispenser, no add on facilities like bathroom slippers etc.

CLEAN AND FUNCTIONAL ROOMS
Really convenient location, near Mumbai Airport.
Huge noise in the rooms coming from the street, and some kind of techno night party. Mosquitos. Strange smell, like cigarettes in the room.
The reception area is very impressive. Checking in was okay but they tried to extract payment even though I had paid before the trip to Hotels.com. From reading other reviews it would appear that several rooms have been refurbished, ours hadn’t. There were exposed wires in the bathroom and the bathroom shutters did not fully close. The room itself was generally clean and the beds comfortable. I could not understand why we weren’t allowed two card keys for the room or any reason why not. The restaurant looked impressive but I can’t comment on the quality as we ate elsewhere. It was reasonably priced for the area.

It was hard to get response from the hotel via Booking messages, so it is better to contact via WhatsApp directly.
