Awful awful hotel. Full of cockroaches in the room and I mean everywhere. Sun beds by pool are disgustingly dirty and like a bed of bricks

The rooms windows didn’t close, balcony doors were broken, bed slides all over the place on the tile floor, shower ran out of hot water within 3mins…absolutely not fit for purpose let alone the insane price per night for the quality received, I’d stayed 10mins further away from this location for the 7 days prior for £55 cheaper per night and it was 10x better

Lovely apartments. In a prime location near shops bars etc. We stayed all inclusive and wouldn't recommend it as food poor and drinks around the pool were diluted. But would return to apartments.

Staff not friendly food at breakfast was very poor food at lunch was put out at 1030 beside the pool same each day change the menu.

Pouca variedade de pratos, mais a base de fritos.
As bebidas no regime tudo incluído, são as mais fracas que o hotel tse quiser bebidas melhores são pagas a parte.
Apartamentos sem ar condicionado, nem ventilador

Hotellet ligger godt. venlig og hjælpsom personale.
Havde en dejlig ferie, 14 dage var næsten for lidt, kunne godt have været der længere.

We loved staying at Laguna Park! Good food and entertainment plus the hotel is very central. Beach close, Aqualand close, Siam Park close .
It was the best holiday ever ✌️

the hotel was spotless clean,there was a different choice for food everyday.
only one problem shower only runs hot for 3 mins then you have to wait for it to heat up,that was the only problem but the hotel is lovely we booking up for next year too.

The staff were very friendly and polite. The food in the restaurant was really nice with good choices. We went all inclusive as we took our small Grandchildren. The children liked the half hour for the children's disco and the quiz/bingo were fun.
The pool and pool area was cleaned everyday. The rooms were clean but a bit dated and could do with a revamp but you get what you pay for. Wifi only worked in reception. The 'All Inclusive' stopped at 10.30pm.
It is close to the water parks, which are well worth a visit... But remember your water shoes.

Very clean friendly staff breakfast excellent but lunch and dinner need improved entertainment could be better

I have stayed here many times and the standard of cleanliness and staff remains very good
