Je déconseille fortement ce logement.
Cons:

La chambre était vraiment sale, pleins de taches sur les murs. Il n’y avait pas d’eau du tout à des moments de la journée. L’hôtel n’a rien fait pour nous aider et le personnel nous a dit que cela était « normal ». C’est inadmissible de manquer d’eau durant un séjour car cela nous a empêché de faire ce que nous avions prévu. Rien n’est dit dans l’annonce concernant le manquement d’eau. Lorsqu’un logement n’est pas convenable, il ne devrait pas être louer. Quand nous avons demandé des dédommagement, l’hôtel n’a rien voulu savoir. Aucune aide, rien. Je déconseille ce logement fortement.

Buena ubicación, desagradable estancia.
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta. Zona muy segura y muy bien conectada a todos los puntos de la ciudad.

Cons:

No pusieron ninguna facilidad para modificar la reserva.
El personal muy desagradable y nada resolutivo.
La habitación huele a humedad. NO tiene cobertura ni funciona el wifi.
El colchón estaba roto. El enchufe de la mesilla no funcionaba.
Pedimos solución para todo y no obtuvimos resolución.

Good for a one night stay, would return!
Pros:

The room was lovely, it had all amenities needed however we were downstairs so not the most accessible. It was great for a one night stay, I could connect my phone to the TV for the likes of Youtube, easy to get in and out the building. Did not ask for the £100 bond and had an enjoyable stay.
Plenty of plug sockets, mirrors, storage within the room.

Cons:

Reception staff could have been a little more presentable (happy!).
The bed was pretty uncomfortable.
Very bright lights with no instructions on how to turn on the bedside lamps, we ended up using a strip light only.
Not very accessible for those with low mobility.

Sympas pour 3j max. Ne pas être sensible aux bruits aucunes isolations. Sinon correct pour le prix et l’emplacement

Rien pour faire la vaisselle. Propreté coté wc moyen moyen … trace d’urine voir autres sur les murs

Museum de Sherlock holmes a 2min a pied
La chambre etais super et super propre ,la literie tres bien, chambre insonorisé il y a vraiment tout pour passer un bon sejour.
A disposition cafetiere avec capsule , thé et cafe soluble ,cuisine avec frigo et micro onde, 2 big coffre fort seche cheveux table a repasser et fer.Prise integrer dans table de nuit avec prise USB integrer dedans aussi.
Mention speciale a la femme de menage qui passe tout les jours faire la chambre remplacer les sachets poubelles remettre papier toilette remettre serviette de bain et serviette sol nettoyer la chambre et faire le lit comme si cetais la 1ere fois quon rentrer dans la chambre .
Ma fille adoré quand celle ci fesais le lit et placer ses peluches a la perfection sur le lit.
Je recommende fortement cette hotel j'y reveindrais avec plaisir.

Pros:

The location was good. The person who welcomed us was okay - no fuss. They only charge 1 pound deposit and didnt actually take 100 out of my account

Cons:

We were in some kind of basement overlooking a space that was under works.
The curtains were not big enough? The coffee machine leaked, mattress wasn't the comfiest

Good 1 night stay in a comfortable studio
Pros:

Easy check in with a clean and comfortable room and bathroom. The facilities were good, having everything I needed and the location was central to where I needed to be. Thank you.

Cons:

The fire alarm went off for ages in the morning seemingly for no reason with slow resolution although I appreciate this may not be easily avoided.
