Please note that the Aqua Park will be open from 15th June to 25th August . The beach on the territory of the complex is public, unequipped and unguarded. It is necessary to have your own beach accessories, such as umbrellas.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Location vas excellent right on the beach
Very quiet is excellent for families with babies
The pool was awful, with broken tiles, we used one's and my children were injured cutted by tiles

Just one snack bar for the whole beach complex,very long queues for ice cream
we did like only the location of the Hotel
Reserved 2 rooms; 10 days only 1 time change the bed linen; floor clean and mop 0 times for 10 days; on the balcony chair we had birt poo since we arrive till the end no one clean it ; food is same everyday ; the hotel pool is dirty my 6 years daughter done belly infection from the pool ; we should park our cars on 15 min away from the hotel so you have to pray nothing serious to happen to you bcs you can not use your car; The hotel is 4 stars but does not looks even for 1 star anyway the worst think is that for 10 days we should use same bed linen and same towels unacceptable. We do not recommend this hotel we pay 5,400leva for nothing
The view is worth seeing, the water is quite warm and clean.
The conditions in which we were accommodated are bad, the room was not maintained, the extra bed was an improvised bed made of 2 mattresses placed one on top of the other, there is no parking near the hotel (just a parking lot improvised one at 1 km distance), the room is cleaned only on request, the receptionist does not speak English, the hotel pool is cleaned at 11 o'clock when it is full of people, the food is bad and it is repeated daily, the aqua park only had 2 slides out of 6 functional. The pictures on this website are from 2016 when it looked good and they do not match with the reality.

Actually this hotel was closed when I came. But I got replacement in much better hotel.
The service and the accommodation were great. Great variety of food on all courses. The "All inclusive" option is really worth it when it comes to food and beverages. Rooms are very comfortable and luxurious. The staff is nice and responsive.
Overall - it is a good option for families.
The waterpark was not working, although it was specified in the offer.
There is no playground for children with slides, swings etc. There is a football and other sports playground but it is not suitable for toddlers or children between 1 and 3 years old.
THe place, the concept, the sea, the location of the hotel
the other tourists-loud,ignorant,don't obey rules, dont care about others.The hotel, when they dont care about guests leaving towels every day at night at chairs, expensive car park with extremely rude park attendants..

The position of the hotel is excellent. The view and the beach is simply stunning. There was no crowd on the beach but unfortunately the beach is full of plastic cups which are used for drinks (but that depends on guests that dont have a good behaviour).
The cleaning lady was very nice and polite.
The food could be better but I was happy and grateful that I dont have to cook so we were satisfied. There was always something to choose.
We didnt expect too much for this amount of money but at least some basic things could be improved (such as broken toilet in our room, dirty staircase, even the letters on the hotel building are missing...).
1. The photographs of the hotel here on the Booking.com are probably 10 years old. Maybe even older.
It is just heartbreaking to see that this kind of beautiful resort on some places is almost abandoned. It was a 5 or 4 stars resort maybe in 2005., but unfortunately not now any more.
2. In the aquapark only 2 slides worked. Other atractions are took over by plants.
3. Nobody speaks english.
4. Some od the employees are very very rude. It looked that they are mad because we were there.
