The apartment itself is fine. Plenty of space, the key issue is the beds. They are the hardest mattress I’ve ever slept on.
Good location, pool area was really nice
Whilst it is self catering the rooms come with hardly anything in terms of basic amenities so if you are only staying for a few days you meed to buy things like hand wash, washing up liquid etc which seems like a waste
Property was lovely
We went with a group of friends but the complex allows anything to go our friends in there sixties had to come and sit with us fir two nights due to all night parties alcohol and drinks it’s says specifically no quiet times after 12.
The guards and staff could not do anything with abuse and bad language being given to all that we’re staying. Police arrived a day later with no consequences.
Terrible experience ruin all our holiday.
Gates were left open at night so more joined them with beers etc no one stopped people coming in.
Re as on scary and would not wish our experience on anyone.
I we old not recommend this resort to anyone if parties of youngest can do what we saw.
Such a shame bring going to Spain for 40 years and never see anything like it,
Resort was clean , excellent pool, although could have done with more sun umbrellas .Apartment v spacious , bathrooms excellent and cleaning staff and staff in pool bar v friendly and helpful.
Holiday ruined by next door partying , loud music and drugs from 3am until 9.30am the next morning .Security unable to do much , police called but arrived at 3pm the next day, and shut it down as they were continuing with loud music and drugs.We were given another apartment to stay in the following night , but management stated they were unable to intervene as it was a private rental , even though it was on their resort .In particular Evelyn on reception was particularly unhelpful and unempathetic , for which his manager did apologise about.It has put me off staying there again , if the private rentals do not have to adhere to their policies , which is a shame as everything else was excellent.

Die Lage, alles sehr weit entfernt und ohne Auto nicht zu erreichen.
Restaurant was gesloten het grootste deel van ons verblijf. Onbekwaam personeel voor de paar dagen dat het restaurant wel open was.
Excelente estancia en el cortijo mar resort. El apartamento en muy buenas condiciones dotado con todo lo que se necesita y con parqueadero dentro del complejo incluido. La zona de piscina esta muy bien. Mi unica critica: Las sombrillas del area de piscina son muy pocas y no funcionan correctamente.
The stylish buildings , the peace and quiet. The beds were comfortable
The walls were quiet thin so you can hear next door a lot. When I let the water out the bath you could smell the toilet coming through the sink. But the smell quickly went away and wasn’t a problem.
Apartment was clean and staff really kind.

The single beds were not very comfy, and sofa bed was not pulled out and with bedding, even though we had booked for 6 people
This area is very good for staying for the long vacation. It is easy to access any destination of Andalucía
The apartment is spacious, it has 2 bedroom, and we are couple so we just used 1 bedroom. Location is at Estepona, around 20-25 minutes drive to city area. We booked this property cos of the good review, reasonable price and we need the washing machine to do laundry. Carpark is at basement so very convenient for traveler with car, and it's a free parking. The property does not provide toiletries so just to remind next guest to bring your own.
We booked a one bedroom villa and got a fabulous two bedroom. It was beautifully appointed and given the awful weather lovely and warm.
The signage from the car park and around the complex was non existent. We spent ages trying to find the villa. Once we did, it was no problem.
No Customer service when we arrived.

It would have been nice if there had been some olive oil in the basic food cupboard.
The space in the car park was too small for our hire car. However Ivan at reception gave us a bigger space for the two might we were there, so that worked out well
