The apartment itself is fine. Plenty of space, the key issue is the beds. They are the hardest mattress I’ve ever slept on.
Excelente estancia en el cortijo mar resort. El apartamento en muy buenas condiciones dotado con todo lo que se necesita y con parqueadero dentro del complejo incluido. La zona de piscina esta muy bien. Mi unica critica: Las sombrillas del area de piscina son muy pocas y no funcionan correctamente.

This area is very good for staying for the long vacation. It is easy to access any destination of Andalucía
The apartment is spacious, it has 2 bedroom, and we are couple so we just used 1 bedroom. Location is at Estepona, around 20-25 minutes drive to city area. We booked this property cos of the good review, reasonable price and we need the washing machine to do laundry. Carpark is at basement so very convenient for traveler with car, and it's a free parking. The property does not provide toiletries so just to remind next guest to bring your own.

Mit Kind und Kinderwagen absolut nicht empfehlenswert, da die Gehwege schlecht oder garnicht vorhanden sind.
Keine Basics in der Küche wie Lappen, Schwämme oder Spülmittel.
Ebenfalls im Bad keine Seife oder Ähnliches.
Man musste also direkt nach der Ankunft erstmal schauen, dass man sich das „Notwendigste“ besorgt, um auch sauber zu leben.
Das auf der Webseite angegebene „Spa“ war eine absolute Zumutung. Tote Insekten in jeder Ecke und im Pool. Allgemein absolut kein Ort der Erholung, sehr heruntergekommen.
Der weit entfernte Strand ist leider auch nicht das gelbe vom Ei. Alles in allem muss man hier einfach selbst schauen, dass man das Beste aus dem Urlaub macht.
Zum empfehlen sind die umliegenden Orte wie Estepona, Puerto Banús etc.

It was a lovely property away enough from the noise but close to many beaches to explore.
We stayed in a three bedrooms apartment. It was very nice. Apartment had two terraces. We only recommend improvements in cleaning.
Buen lugar para descansar
First night we had to deal wid a bad smell coming from the pipes the next day after we talked to the office they gave us an apartment which is downgrade from what we paid fore but the big problem we had that at the time we were leaving the townhouse we founded out that they have cameras installed inside the house after we opened claim with the office all they kept saying that that townhouse is privately owned and the cameras are installed by the owner and they only connected when the the townhouse is empty which doesn’t make any sense I even showed them the Spanish law regarding RBand B and short rental properties prohibiting any cameras inside regardless if they on or off I was going to put a charge at the police station but I changed my mind because that will take sometime which I don’t have . Stay away from this place

Beautiful apartment, bright sunny big balcony on second level. Well equipped kitchen for those who wish to cook at home important to remember to request an upper floor apartment and not a main floor as the sunshine coming in. The upper level is worth it.
Nice property, quiet and clean. Parking in the parking garage. Definitely need a car to get around.
The property is very nice, the pool is great, very big and nice. The not too great part is when you have to deal with the staff, other than Ivan who was good trying to help.
Their response for the air conditioning not working in our apartment was: the air conditioner was put on fan mode and for that reason was not working, which was not true. We had to stay with that problem until the next day because was no one to clean another similar apartment so we can move. Other than the staff response when you have a question to ask, looking like they do a favor for you, everything was good 😊. Consumer service can and should improve.
