Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. However, there were a couple of things that could have made the experience
Pros:

The room was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the location couldn’t have been better.

Cons:

It wouldve been nice to have a small fridge and also soundproof walls or doors

Pros:

A01 room at the bottom of the building, view from window to the wall, staff working on our window all night, chatting and working with bed sheets near us, the room smell like toilette, disgusting. Changing room next day but smelly pillows and rock hard, sofa beds are harder than the floor. One of the reception guy, very unproffesional, talking to us like he was our pal.

Great location, good value for money.
Pros:

Great location- only a 5 minute walk from the train station. The room was clean and the reception staff were welcoming and helpful.

Pros:

Hermoso el alojamiento, daba vibes de un alojamiento de lujo aún que por fuera se veía pequeño, estaba en una excelente ubicación y muy fácil ubicarse

Cons:

Sólo que no tenía ascensor y eran muchas escaleras

Pros:

Habitaciçon muy correcta para estar en Paddington. Barrio muy bonito y bien comunicado con el centro. Servicio muy atento. La habitación muy limpia y muy buen aire acondicionado.

Pros:

The people at the front desk were really nice and helpful! They helped us change rooms without any issues and were very nice about it.

Cons:

There was no elevator, which we realised is really a necessity when you plan on shopping and have to carry your luggage down three floors.

It was good for a short stay
Pros:

The location was good and the room was clean.

Cons:

The tap in the bathroom was too high for the size of sink and the water splashed everywhere, even when turning it on just a little.
