Disappointing
Pros:

The location was perfect for travel connections. I travel regularly to London for work so this was a priority

Cons:

The room stank of cigarettes. Reception gave me an air spray but it only masked it for a short period. The bed, firmest bed I’ve been on but a good size. The shower head didn’t work, resulting in using the hand held at risk as the temperature kept fluctuating. The shower gel needs scissors or a string set of teeth, not ideal first thing in the morning. On my return from day 1 the room was cleaned, but my bag which was in a cupboard on a top shelf moved. ( I made a point to set it in position before hand). Raised it all with staff

One overnight stay
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable so i had a restful.overnight stay. The room had nice chairs and an area to use a mini desk for work emails and other hand writing notes. Hotel bed was relatively comfortable. Bathroom had good lighting, two large towels, nice shower just not very powerful but bathroom had enough toiletries for overnight stay.

Cons:

Initially i was shown a hotel room in the basement that i did not like. I immeadiately felt uncomfortable and claustrophobic. The receptionist was over friendly trying to be funny but it was not professional but thankfully he did change my room to a better room.on ground floor so i waa grateful. I did watch a movie on the Tv but didnt realise it was samsung internet tv so it kept buffering so was difficult to watch the entire film

Pros:

The room was comfortable, spotless and spacious. The shower was fab! The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Pros:

Il team del Nox Paddington è stato fin da subito molto disponibile e accogliente; Biplob è stato molto simpatico e ci ha strappato un sorriso! La posizione era ottima e vicinissima a due fermate metro, tra cui la famosa Paddington, collegatissima. La struttura era molto simile ad altre nel Regno Unito, la stanza era piccolina ma essenziale. Bagno top!

Cons:

Sicuramente da italiani, un’attenzione in più alla polvere e alla pulizia in alcuni punti ma tutto sommato ok.

La finestra non si chiudeva bene e, di conseguenza, entrava acqua: al mattino mi ritrovavo spesso una piccola pozzanghera sotto il letto. Nonostante questo problema, il servizio di pulizia era puntuale e ogni giorno la stanza veniva pulita regolarmente.

Gran lugar para una estancia tranquila
Pros:

El lugar está completamente reformado de forma moderna. Además está situado prácticamente al lado de la Estación de Paddington, unos 5 minutos caminando, es una de las paradas del National Express desde los distintos aeropuertos. También tienes paradas de autobús cercanas, supermercados, comercios y restaurantes. Y Hyde Park a 10 minutos caminando como mucho. El personal siempre muy atento, fuese la hora que fuese. La cama muy cómoda y no pasamos nada de frío en la habitación.

Cons:

Aunque tiene un armario, este es pequeño y su uso es más bien para una sola persona, teníamos las maletas a los pies de la cama. Tampoco nos importaba mucho eso, pero por comentarlo. Las almohadas se podrían cambiar y mejorar.

Pros:

We had a very good stay at NOX Paddington. The property was clean and in a great location, just a short walk from Paddington Station, which made getting around London really easy. The room was tidy and well-equipped with everything we needed. Our room was in the basement, facing a lower part of the courtyard, but it stayed quiet throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

On the downside, the building doesn’t have a lift, and the stairs are quite narrow. The corridors and common areas also feel a bit tight. The walls are thin, so you can hear noise from other rooms. Wi-Fi in the basement was a bit weak for video calls, which was the main inconvenience for us.
