Ease of access to the tube, pristine cleaning, noise proof and cosy
L’emplacement est excellent, avec deux stations de métro à quelques minutes à pied, Hyde Park et Notting Hill à proximité. Le quartier est agréable avec de nombreux restaurants, fast-foods et coffee shops. L’hôtel est propre, la décoration est jolie et la chambre était confortable et bien équipée (thé, café, fer à repasser, sèche-cheveux, grande télévision)
L’ascenseur était en panne lors de notre séjour, ce qui peut être contraignant avec des bagages. L’insonorisation est également perfectible : on entend les conversations dans le couloir ainsi que les pas des chambres au-dessus. Le bruit de la rue le matin est assez présent et les fenêtres ne permettent pas toujours de bien l’isoler

Both the desk staff and the cleaners were excellent. Cheerful and helpful. When we checked in the desk lady kindly switched us from level 4 to level 1 when she saw that we are in our late 70s. Great location, handy for shops, eating places and transport, but surprisingly peaceful. Comfortable bed and good bedside reading lamps, an often terrible aspect of hotels.
The bathroom was a bit cramped. Although we did not at all miss being able to watch TV, it either wasn't set up correctly, or the select button on the remote control was faulty, so all that came on was the home screen and a display of the many (unattainable) channels.
The lift was unfortunately out of order the weekend we stayed, and although we managed with the stairs, it could have made for a big problem with other visitors.
Cosy room with a window. Coffee and tea facilities. The location for my stay was perfect and also being very close to a tube station.
The television did not work.
For the price I can’t complain. The rooms are very very small though but clean.

The location of the hotel was perfect, lots of shops and cafes around. It also had a tube station nearby which made it very easy to explore more of london. Room was clean and tidy but had a lot of negatives. We are glad we were only staying for one night.
We got catfished with the room we were given. We expected to have a kitchenette in our room as shown on the images. Instead we were given a very small room with limited space. For two girls trying to get ready at the same time this was not ideal.
The hotel has a very strange smell to it which was unpleasant. We also found it was very noisy, the walls were very thin so we could hear a lot going on in the corridor and even heard someone baby crying during the night that sounded like it was in our room.
The shower was tiny, you couldnt really move your arms it was that small. The bathroom was nice but you can tell they have just crammed a room into a tiny space. The bathroom door has a chunk missing in it in order for it to close past the sink.
The lift was broken which wasnt too much of an issue as we were on the first floor, but wouldnt be ideal for someone staying on the top floor.
