Amazing for city trip
Pros:

The location (two underground station closeby and multiple bus stops, and lively street with shops and cafees) (nottinghill on walking distance), cleanliness, 24/7 staff presence, comfortable bed, nice lighting, hot and clean shower, big tv, closing window eliminates the street's noice

Cons:

Room and bathroom were a bit small, but definitely still able to be comfortable in the space.

Overall good value for money depends on room
Pros:

Reception woman changed our bedroom so was much better on 2nd night.

Cons:

First room was too noisy and small, no space to even open a suitcase. Very difficult to sleep even with ear plugs and window shut. The side corridor entrance with stairs is not ideal for some people.

Would stay there again due to great location,but would need reasurance that the lift was working.

Reported issue with the room not resolved.
Shower screen did not close properly which ment bathroom was flooded every time we showered.

I enjoyed my stay! The location of the hotel is great– close to the metro station and about 15 minutes from Nottinghill.

Well located hotel. Nice and clean.
Pros:

The room was a good size. Comfy bed. Plenty of space to put belongings. The decor was lovely. The staff we only met when we picked up and dropped off the keys but they were polite and friendly.

Cons:

The lift was out of order for the whole stay. Due to this we had to use a side door next to the front of the hotel, there was no pass code or lock to ensure safety. Anyone could have walked in.
The shower cubicle was small. If you had the large shower head on you couldn't breathe as this covered the whole area within the shower. There was also a leak from the plastic joint.
