깨끗하고 넓고 조용하고 모든 것이 좋았습니다. 뒤 뜰도 너무 좋아 산책하며 여유롭게 보냈습니다. 시내에서 먼 것이 단점이네요. 시내에서 30분 정도 걸립니다.

중국호텔이라고는 하지만 어쩜 이렇게 담배연기로 숨쉬기 힘들 정도일까 싶었다. 볼링등 오락시설, 수영장, 중세유럽풍의 고급스런 시설은 최고였지만 그 시설을 이용하는 수준이 아쉬운 곳. 호텔 자체적으로 로비에서 금연을 강력히 도입했으면 좋겠다.

Geschäftsreise über 17 Tage , Hotel entspricht dem Standard Zimmer sind sauber, Zimmerservice ist freundlich und hilfsbereit trotz mangels englisch Kenntnissen alles prima. Auch die Angebote für Buffet morgens und Abends ist ok, die Auswahl an verschiedenen Speisen stimmt das Hotel hat im keller einen kleinen einheimischen Kiosk dort bekommt man Zigaretten und Kaltgetränke zu lokalen Preisen.

The hotel was really impressive, the rooms spacious and clean, the service meticulous. One small quibble - the refrigerator didn't seem able to keep things very cool. The neighborhood was not exactly pedestrian-friendly, but there were some shops and restaurants within walking distance, and for longer excursions the staff were able to summon taxis without too much trouble.

The room was not really clean. Used tissues on the bathroom floor. Cigarette case wrapping in the NON SMOKING room. Although it is a NON smoking floor the room and bedding smelled like tobacco. The promissed 90RMB per night per room to be used for dinner were unknown to the hotel and should be claimed from the booking agent. total of 6 nights that makes 540RMB lost. At the rate of 120 RMB for breakfast per person one would expect more than offered. Waitress provided us with a good cappucino to make up for the powder coffee offered at the Buffet. Highly appreciated! Rooms are generous in space.

２階が広いフロントで朝食ビッフェは２階正面の左側で味は８０点、チェックイン後廊下が長くて中々自分の部屋が見つからずに引き返して確認しました。エレベーターが１か所に付き２台ですが階数が少ないのですぐに到着します。私が２日滞在したのは４階でこちらのホテルは全体的に低いので夜景は楽しめないです。部屋もまずまず広く(中国は殆どの場合広い)です。設備の細かい所も見ましたが仕上がりも上出来でしたが私の泊まった部屋はバルコニーへ出られないレバーをどうしても動かせない、全体的に綺麗で豪華で中華的な感じは全く有りません。

Die Lage ist für einen Stadtbesuch nicht ganz optimal, ansonsten aber top. Das Restaurant haben wir nicht ausprobiert, nach 21:00 wird es in der näheren Umgebung schwer was chinesisches zu essen zu finden.

Das Hotel ist ein recht großer Komplex in den Außengebieten von Shenyang. Die Zimmer sind groß, sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Wegen der Lage ist der Verkehrslärm gering. Außerdem kann man als Geschäftreisender ohne Stau zu den ebenfalls außerhalb der Stadt gelegenen Industriebetrieben gelangen.

In der Nähe ist ein kleines Einkaufzentrum und einige Restaurants.

Frühstücksbuffet ist super, aber mit 110 RMB recht teuer. Wir hatten das Hotel extra wegen des Gartens gebucht und wurden dann am Zugang gehindert.

The size of room is large, service and facility is good. The only disadvantage is too far away from city centre.

ロビーの天井には欧州の宮殿風の天井画が描かれ、非常に豪華なイメージを抱かせる。ホテルの設備や内装は清潔で新しく、満足のいくホテル。

大金持ちの結婚式で交通整理が出ておりロールスロイスが5台、フェラリー8台が連なって、その他の有名な外車が100台あまりで入場から始まるホテルを借り切った盛大な結婚式でホテルの池の周りはバイキングのテーブルが続き、池にせり出している舞台5台ではそれぞれのオペラ歌手が喜びの歌を熱唱、結婚式の演出、舞台としては最高の場面を見れました。
このホテルで無いとできそうにないごジャスな結婚式でしたよ

価格とこの設備の良さは何処にもないと思う、よくこの価格で維持出来るな？庭だけでも泊まる価値があります、難点は広すぎて迷子になったことかな。

Everything was perfect. The hotel even help to arrange flowers for my girlfriend. The one thing the hotel could look into is medical assistance. My girlfriend was having a fever and I ask the front desk if they have a thermometer and fever medicine. I was told it was not available.

Recht neues grosses Hotel, grosse Zimmer, gutes Frühstück. Entscheidender Nachteil ist die zu große Entfernung vom Flughafen und zur Stadt. Wer aber in der Gegend zu tun hat, trifft eine gute Wahl

The Maritim Hotel Shenyang is very nice and I would recommend it to anyone. The only problem I encountered is the lack of restaurant space. Of the 3 restaurants that were opened the night before I left the hotel not one of them was available because they were fully booked. As a result, I had to go somewhere else. This should never happen in an hotel that has a 5 star rating. Hotel customers should have priority at any time.
