The room was comfortable and clean. Reliable and silent air conditioner. Spacious washroom with a large shower.
Front desk staff need some training in customer services. I made reservation for 2 nights with breakfast included, however, I had to pay for the breakfast because the restaurant staff said it was not included. I went to the front desk and showed my booking information to the receptionist, but she said that it was not usually a hotel policy to include breakfast within the reservation.
After emailing the manager, I got a refund for the breakfast I paid in the first day. He also provided me a breakfast voucher for the second day, however, I had already made arrangements to have my breakfast in the room. No one in the reception informed about this voucher when I checked in. This misinformation disrupted my stay.
The room was big and clean
The coffee maker in the room was broken. The checkout staff was not helpful with a request for transportation and it took 40 minutes to get a taxi.

The staff were outstanding. Front staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Housekeeping was so friendly. Janitorial staff were friendly and happy. The servers and bar tenders for wedding were amazing too.

Kinda expensive for 1 night stay
Clean Friendly service
We stayed the night for my sister's wedding and was woken up early the next morning due to loud banging and rolling noises from the room right above which I believe was the Dolce rooftop. Don't stay in room 502. Especially during a busy wedding weekend.
Very clean and beautiful hotel. The rooms have plenty of space in them.\n The staff was very helpful polite.\n We even had breakfast one morning in the restaurant downstairs and the staff were quick. Helpful and happy and made the experience enjoyable. Even with a small child
The location's a little out of the way If you don't drive a car is needed. Need better window coverings in rooms.They don't cover the whole window.And when the Sun comes up, it comes through the cracks.\nShade , because the curtains aren't fitted , right
Only other thing I would suggest would be to maybe add a gazebo outside near your smoking area. So people have somewhere to stay dry, just because they smoke.
