Not very good. Won't stay at that particular Best Western again.
Pros:

Premises were clean and tidy

Cons:

Staff was very unfriendly ( only saw one person who attended the desk at 3 to 4 pm )
I checked in on Tuesday Feb. 17th to find out restaurant was closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Not good, but the Gentleman at the desk did not show any concern, with no recommendations.
I had to ask where i could eat and he said down the street.

Wonderful and comfortable stay - excellent choice
Pros:

Requested firm pillows and got them. Very pleased and provided by cleaning staff quickly. Loved the cellphone charger - found it by accident and it made my day to easily charge my phone. Checked in early as a bonus - very happy with that. Complementary coffee/expresso on the 2nd floor - self service - bonus and quaility of the coffee was good.

Cons:

Not much to say. Stay was comfortable and I would stay there again. Travelled with my son and he loved the stay as well.

This is not my first stay at this hotel. I have always found my stay here confortable.
Pros:

The breakfast was OK nothing exciting Nothing that I would not get anywhere else.

The hotel stay was great.

Pros:

Everything is great, staff. Good room and amenities. The restaurant breakfast was delicious and well made. Great customer service from the host.
