Accoglienza eccezionale staff e proprietari incantevoli complimenti a Lino. Hotel molto bello SPA completa. Ottimo anche il servizio ristorante aggiungerei qualche piatto tipico in più... Grazie per la splendida vacanza... PS La grigliata in mezzo ai boschi TOP. A presto... Alessandro e Roberta...

Cons:

Ho prenotato tramite booking una suite specificando la presenza di un cane. All'arrivo mi hanno dato la camera Alpin perche' la suite aveva la moquet ma non hanno comunicato a booking che se la richiesta del cliente prevede presenza animale, non e' possibile la prenotazione di tale camera.

Ho apprezzato in particolar modo la professionalità e la gentilezza del personale tutto.

Cons:

Alcuni suggerimenti, spero utili. 1. I menù della giornata dovrebbero essere esposti già al momento della colazione, 2. Dovrebbero esistere dei menù per bambini 3. Considererei maggiormente menù vegetariani.

La colazione ottima e abbondante, ricca di qualsiasi genere alimentare, la posizione era centrale e comoda da poter prendere qualsiasi mezzo, compresi le seggiovie, cabinovie e funivie, praticamente non ho mai preso la macchina. L'animazione veramente ottima e gli accompagnatori: Michele e Nicolò sono stati fantastici.
L'anno prossimo sicuramente ci ritorneremo.
