Pros:

La posizione vicina alle spiagge e ai servizi

Cons:

La prima camera un forno. Ci hanno cambiato la camera sicuramente migliore. Non dovrebbero comunque verificarsi queste cose, è imbarazzante sempre dover chiedere.

Pros:

The location was great, really close to the sea side and to markets/restaurants etc+the breakfast was AMAZING and the staff was very kind and nice overall.

Cons:

We had problems with the AC on day 1. We were then moved to a different room because of it. We stayed for 7 days and on day 5 both the bathroom light+the AC stopped working. They weren't fixed when we left.

The cleaning overall was okayish,,I know it's a 3 star hotel but It could have been a lot better.

But the worst thing(in my opinion) was that when I booked the hotel (maybe 1 month prior to the actual booking) I tried to contact the property for weeks through the booking app,through the phone number given on the app..I didn't hear a bip..for weeks! They finally responded a few days before the start of my booking..buy only becuase I phoned the hotel (through a different number found on Google)+I started messaging on WhatsApp the phone number I had on Booking.. so let's say I had to persevere for weeks to get an actual response to my questions..

La colazione era molto piena e devo dire tutto di buona qualità, apprezzato molto la disponibilità del personale specialmente Michela molto gentile e professionale

Cons:

unica cosa su cui fare una precisazione, aggiungerei l'aria condizionata o comunque nella mia stanza non funzionava il ventilatore a soffitto

Agréable mais un peu étriqué.
Pros:

À 150 mètres de la plages. Le petit déjeuner compris est très copieux et varié.

Cons:

La Clim est très modérée, dommage avec ces fortes chaleurs, nous avons eue du mal à trouver le sommeil. La salle de bain est minuscule, mais pour une nuit ça ne nous a pas déranger.

Pros:

the staff was helpfull and friendly
the hotel is 20 min walk from the airport and 5 min walk from the train station

Cons:

the room wasn't very clean, the floor was dusty and there were lots of hair, it clearly had not been vacuumed in a while. Similarly the bathroom wasn't very clean.

the aircon was broken and the room was boiling hot, and as the room was on the first floor there was a lot of noise from the street. We couldn't sleep at all.

the lift is so tiny that I could not fit my pram (which is standard size) so it had to be carried upstairs, fortunately the staff helped me.

breakfast was awful, mostly cakes drizzled in syrup, and they didn't seem fresh

the area Miramare is the ugliest part of Rimini

the pictures don't match the reality

La chambre, par rapport le prix avoir une chambre, sans climatisation, les draps plein des cheveux, le lavabo avait une fuite d’eau pareil la douche ça n’est vaut pas la peine le prix que j’ai payé. Il y en mieux d’hôtel avec 3 étoiles, lui je dirais que c’est franchement 1-2 étoiles

Un hotel modesto ma pulito, vicinissimo alla spiaggia e in un'ottima posizione. Ci hanno fornito una tessera di accesso gratuita alla piscina del Beach Villaggio. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e cortese, il servizio eccellente e il prezzo ottimo.
