Tolles Hotel, das ich sehr mag - aber nie wieder im Hochsommer!

Die Zimmerausstattung, die Lage, das fantastische Frühstück, die Freundlichkeit des Personals.

Ich mag dieses Hotel sehr, war in einem November schon einmal dort, und es war fantastisch! Das Frühstück im nebenan gelegenen ‚Lighthouse Café‘ ist absolut außergewöhnlich, das Personal superfreundlich, die Zimmer zwar sehr klein, aber charmant eingerichtet und zum Wohlfühlen.

Cons:

Der Aufenthalt im Hochsommer bei einer Hitzewelle mit dtl. 30+ Grad in einem nicht klimatisierten Zimmer mit Fenster zu einer Seitengasse des Marktplatzes mit entsprechender Geräuschkulisse über Nacht.

Ich möchte dieses Hotel nicht schlecht bewerten, da ich es per se sehr mag und auch jederzeit wieder dort übernachten würde. Allerdings NIEMALS wieder im Sommer bei Tropennächten. Mein Zimmer war SEHR klein, nicht klimatisiert, und die Fensteröffnung nachts bedeutete aktive Geräuschteilnahme am Bonner Nachtleben in einer Freitagnacht. Pattsituation, und trotz zur Verfügung gestellter Oropax mit sehr nettem Anschreiben leider gleichbedeutend mit einer einigermaßen katastrophalen Nachtruhe.

Cons:

Die Matratze war einseitig durchgelegen und nur durch zweite Bettdecke als Topper halbwegs auszugleichen. Sehr kleines Zimmer ohne Aufenthaltswert, damit zu teuer.

The breakfast at the lighthouse cafe was amazing and the staff was super kind.

Cons:

You could hear everything from outside the building, from other rooms and from the hallway. The walls were paper thin. The building is old so even though the rooms are renewated there is still that kind of smell of old building.

In zo’n hotel op zo’n plek willen we altijd wel logeren. Warm bad.

De ideale plek, de jonge, energieke, hartelijke mensen die er werken en de kwaliteit van het ontbijt. Beethoven zelf glimlachte er tevreden van.

Pros:

Lage sehr zentral, Nähe Marktplatz, drumherum viel Gastro, schöne Plätze, Geschäfte usw, EZ Sa-So für 78 € ist schon ein guter Preis, modern eingerichtet, obwohl Altbau, hat Charme, nettes kleines Kaffee nebenan für optionales Frühstück

EZ schon sehr eng insbs Bad,
Hellhörigkeit im Haus, aber mit Oropax konnte ich schlafen, durch die Lage bedingt natürlich Aussengeräusche durch Fußgängerzone u Kirchen, die Raucherdachterrasse im Hinterhof war eigentlich praktisch, jedoch vernachlässigt. Nutzbar, aber scheinbar nicht zum gemütlichen/längeren Aufenthalt gedacht. War trotzdem praktisch. Etwas mehr Beachtung bzgl Aschenbecher u Sauberkeit wäre wünschenswert.
