Just our opinion - the price of the evening meals, we thought were a bit expensive. Other than that perfect.

Configuration of the room lighting all lights turn on in bathroom when getting up during the night as the room is open plan the whole room lights up also needs more plug sockets at a level to access one socket is under and inside the bedside cabinet the other behind the TV too high to reach

The attention to detail from the staff was great. The room was great, loved the aesthetic of the room (Sir Thomas Berridge) Comfy bed, fresh cookies. Big bath as well impressive water pressure on the shower. Added on little details of swans and rose petals for my girlfriend’s birthday which was special. The food for dinner and breakfast was so yummy!

Lovely welcome and check in process. Room was very pleasant. Plenty of hanging space in room and wardrobe and proper coat hangers! Breakfast menu was very good and everything was beautifully presented. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. Would have been happy to have stayed more than one night - which, for us, is always a good measure of whether we like somewhere.
The lighting in the bathroom wasn't the best for my husband shaving - but that is more an observation than a criticism.

Absolutely brilliant stay, we have been here 3 times before and it does not disappoint! Staff are incredibly helpful and the chef was able to accommodate to dietary needs. Ideal setting for a staycation.
