Great location, easy to find, secure.
Pros:

Good location between train station and main attractions. We were only there for 1 night and it was certainly sufficient for a short stay. Clean amenities and helpful staff. A plus that our room was ready when we arrived around noon

Cons:

Beds weren’t the MOST comfortable but not a problem for a short stay. Pluses far outweigh this

Pros:

Our family occupied 3 rooms and these were spacious enough for 2 persons specially for a wheelchair bound person. Bathrooms were also PWD friendly. Breakfast was molto delizioso prepared by the lovely and very accommodating host. Staff at the reception area were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Location was near the train station making it very easy to reach with luggages in tow. As expected in Venice, there were a lot of bridges to cross getting to the interesting places to visit making it difficult to traverse with a wheelchair. Otherwise, location was good enough to get to the center of Venice.

Pros:

The hotel owner was very kind, the hotel is located in the city center, but the streets are quiet and not crowded with tourists. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very good value and great location
Pros:

Very clean, water boiler, coffee, fridge, hair dryer in room - everything we needed.
Absolutely perfect location and so quiet no ear plugs are needed.
