Highly recommend - great value.
Pros:

The location was great - close to the train station. Breakfast was fantastic - hostess was very friendly and helpful.

Just what I needed for my one day/night stay
Pros:

I chose the property because it was close to the Piazzale Roma and it was perfectly located in a quiet side street. I loved walking round the area. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room was really clean and had everything I needed.

A friendly, quiet family owned boutique hotel close to the railway station
Pros:

Welcoming hosts who were all friendly and helpful. Lovely quiet location tucked away from the tourist hubub. Great breakfast with an individual touch each morning.

Possibly prior advice that porters were available for heavy bags.

Odličen zajtrk, odlična in mirna lokacija nedaleč od železniške postaje. Prijazni in gostoljubni. Vse je bilo kot opisano.

A nice hotel which is reasonably priced with good breakfast !

Breakfast Inclusive. Big room. Located in a quiet area of Venice. Close proximity to Piazzale Roma.

Cons:

Dark hallways. Bed was a little hard. No 24 hour receptionist.

Konumu bizce çok iyiydi ,tren istasyonuna ve vaporetteye uzaklığı çok iyiydi
