Convenient location, reasonable price, helpful proprietor, easy off-road parking.
Road is route for emergency vehicles and was noisy until 9pm but road also makes it convenient location, so on balance not a big problem.
The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Great location with really good parking right out front. Only 15 min walk from the town centre. Lovely people, good sized room. You have an actual key for your room and they all have names instead of numbers.
There was a little maintance needed in the bathroom which had quite a noisy fan but that is being picky given the age of the building and the cost of the stay.

The hotel has charm and character. The proprietor was friendly and service was great. Breakfast was very good .
The place was quiet, despite being on a busy road and the walk into town. takes about ten minutes
Bedroom could maybe do with a little freshen up and the bathroom/ shower room was a bit cramped. It's obviously an older property and is being renovated over time, in keeping with its age and character.

The breakfast and breakfast room were nice.
Our room was very cold, dated and in dire need of tlc. There was mildew in the bathroom, the shower didn’t work, no plug in the sink, plastic water strip hanging off the shower screen, no heating in the evening, ironing board ward falling apart.
