With new owners, there is trust this might be quite nice in a few months. And the hotel is centrally located.
The property is under remodel and is not really suitable for guests. The whole place needs a thorough cleaning and re-doing of most chairs. Our skirting boards have not been cleaned in years!!

Overall the place feels "tired" and in need of a refresh. The new owner understands this and is working as fast as he can.
Unfortunately it was very hot and because it was so near the main road it was very noisy with the windows open.

The hotel was lovely, breakfast was good. The hotel is roomy big and airy. Comfortable bed.
A short walk into the town centre which was easy to navigate. Perfect location. Would stay again if near the area.

Easy walk into the centre. Pleasant welcome. Good breakfast. Good amount of tea/ coffee available in the room. Some hiccups due to change of ownership but dealt with appropriately.
Very good breakfasts - especially the smoked salmon! A clean and comfortable room. The hotel was very well located for my purposes, very close to the railway station, which was important to me for my day trip to London during my stay in Hereford. The walk to the Cathedral was also more than manageable for me.
There was a short wait before someone arrived to let me in.

Close to town and train station. Liked my room. Victoria room. It is dated but that didn’t bother me. Breakfast was lovely and fresh. As l was on my own I felt safe.

Beautifully restored building in a great location 5 minutes walk into Hereford. Very welcoming on arrival we were early as attending a wedding they allowed us to check-in and gave us the honeymoon suite which was stunning. Breakfast was also amazing 10/10
