So it wasn’t expensive for the London area… however, pictures weren’t the same as it looks online as the building it massively under construction. Parking is very debatable and was unsure about if I’d have wheels on my car when I came out in the morning, mainly because of the drunk and rowdy locals in the bar downstairs. The room itself was clean, but old and in need of upgrading - needs a new bathroom, carpets and a lick of paint. We went elsewhere for dinner, as it didn’t look appropriate for my 12 year old. Overall probably wouldn’t stay again, but as I said, it was cheap.

It didn't state that the property was under refurbishment and there was a limited bar service with limited food the fire alarm went off at half 12 at night and not even a staff member came out to see it was pretty terrible to be honest i would recommend a new management team take over because even for £57 it wasn't worth it

Pros:

The room smell of cigarette smoke. Everything was extremely rundown and the bedding was alright however it wasn’t comfortable due to the smell of smoke in the room. We had a good amount of towels but the mould and the discolouration in the bathroom was hard to look past the area around the hotel was Covered in scaffolding. The decking was dishevelled and old. It looks like they’re doing the work needed to uplift the hotel.

The property was a building site, the whole place was falling apart. Service was terrible, the clientele was horrible. The room was disgusting, holes in wall, fixtures falling off, bathroom was just as bad.the room had a terrible smell like an ashtray. Travelled from Scotland by the time I got here, it was late I had no choice but to stay here as I had been driving for 20 hours. It was not worth the price I payed for the room, I would not stayed here even if I was paid, if I had got here earlier I would have cancelled and got another hotel, I am going to demand a refund

The stay was poor, property is dirty overall, room not well mantained, scaffolding all around the property, the staff needs training abit rude for basic support and poor experience I would never stay here again, property not as advertised.

Good value stay in triple room
Pros:

Good size room, very comfy bed. Staff friendly but somewhat convoluted online check in. Water pressure was low but sufficient. Sadly no breakfast on offer currently as place is being refurbished. But in spite of the issues, I will be back when I'm in the area and see what it's like after the refurb is complete.

Needs TLC and customer service training.
Pros:

Was forced to do an online check-in to the hotel, then demanded photo identification. Never had that before in this country. Then took a photo of my ID. Room was very hot and the window would only open a tiny amount so it was very very hot. Room was very scruffy and damaged everywhere on the walls back to bare plaster.

What can i say , would not recommend at all ..nothing like its pics on here ...looks like a run down derelict building site covered in full scallfolding ..i booked a delux room with river view ... yes a view of river and noise due to doors to outside letting in noise and wind and a stingy nettle growing under the door with a gap letting in cold . Light fittings broken and poor state of furniture..rip in seat ..floor with holes in it ... fan in bathroom which was screeching . No breakfast available. Spend your money elsewhere .

The hotel is in a derelict condition. Black mould in a bathroom and the room had a mouldy smell. The mattress was sinking in the bed as the bed frame was broken.

Pros:

Place run down, looks like being upgraded for last 10 yrs. hardly any milk in room, asked for more, hadn’t got any. Half a loo roll, poor shower, and place had a horrid smell upstairs .
Won’t be staying here again. It was cheap though.!
