Pros:

Sandra hat uns sehr warmherzig empfangen und uns alles Notwendige erklärt. Sie hat uns als erste Person in allen Jahren, die wir schon verreisen, angeboten, uns mit dem Tragen des Gepäcks behilflich zu sein. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt in diesem schönen Hotel. Die Betten waren super und das Frühstück sehr liebevoll angerichtet. Schade, dass wir nur auf der Durchreise waren. Dort hätten wir gerne noch weitere Tage verbracht und überhaupt kann man von Narbonne noch sehr viel mehr schöne Ziele in der Umgebung erreichen, nicht nur die herrlichen Strände sondern auch viel Geschichte erleben. Sicher kommen wir wieder. Dankeschön für die schöne Zeit.

Clean, spacious and good value for money
Pros:

Location, especially from the rail station. It was clean and spacious. Stairs a little noisy but some of that is due to guests stomping up like elephants

Cons:

Essentially lack of lift was the main issue

An unexpected one night stay in Narbonne
Pros:

The location (very near the train station), the building itself (old stone residence with beautiful marble stairway), the very high ceilings, the bed was quite comfortable. And the breakfast (not included in the room price was,excellent and a real deal at 11€

Cons:

The bathroom was,quite small (but the shower had good,water pressure)

Céntrico y comodidad
Pros:

El alojamiento estaba muy cerca de la estación de tren y de autobuses.
Además llegabas al centro en unos 15 minutos andando.
Hay varios restaurantes cerca.
Una calle bastante tranquila.
La habitación muy correcta, el baño perfecto y el aire acondicionado con esta calor era espectacular.
Desayuno variado y muy correcto.
Atención del personal muy buena.

Cons:

En la habitación sería muy positivo que tuvieran un mini-bar.
Echamos de menos una nevera para guardar las bebidas.
Esto no es culpa del hotel, pero la gene hacía mucho ruido por la noche subiendo las escaleras.
