Excelente, repetiría sin duda.
Pros:

La habitación núm 12 es fantástica, grande, tranquila sin ruidos. El personal muy muy amable. Llegamos pronto y pudimos dejar las maletas en recepción y al irnos también hasta nuestra partida. Además la chica que nos atendió hablaba castellano y se esforzó por entendernos y explicarnos todo correctamente. Incluso nos subieron el equipaje a la habitación para que cuando volviéramos ya lo tuviéramos arriba. Muy amables. Andando está a 10 min del centro, es un paseo por el Quartier de l'Europe, barrio histórico y medieval

Cons:

El baño necesita remodelarse. Aún tiene cortina de baño, es antiguo, pero está muy limpio. Para mi no es un problema pero es importante saber que no hay ascensor. Nosotros subimos dos pisos.

Un buen sitio para visitar Narbona
Pros:

Las camas son cómodas, desayuno bueno y la amabilidad del personal.

Cons:

No hay ascensor, aunque sólo son dos plantas. Las habitaciones algo básicas pero cómodas y funcionales.

Séjour parfait.
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au calme .Un très bon accueil attentionné . L'hôtel est bien situé , nous avons pu visiter Narbonne à pied. Petit déjeuner très bien.

Nice hosts
Pros:

Good location close to the railway station and quite close to the city center (15 min). Parking on the adjacent streets. The room is clean, bright and beautifully decorated with taste and attention to detail: a dull roof was transformed into a garden :) The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was elegant. Friendly staff, breakfast ok, good wifi.

Estuvimos muy a gusto
Pros:

La habitación muy acogedora, limpia y las camas cómodas.

Cons:

No disponen de parking, pero se puede aparcar fácilmente en la avenida, además te informan de los horarios de pago.
La ubicación está un poco alejada del centro, unos 12-14 minutos caminando, pero tampoco es un problema.

Amazing hospitality and perfect location
Pros:

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We were very well received. The hotel is only 5 minutes away from the train station and the neighborhood is very quiet. Great experience overall.

Un séjour agréable dans un hôtel agréable.
Pros:

C'est un agréable hôtel familial près de la gare de Narbonne. La chambre était assez grande et il y avait une baignoire.

Cons:

Il n'y avait pas de bouilloire pour faire du café ou du thé. Il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur dans le bâtiment, donc il fallait monter deux volées d'escaliers.
