Erg goed qua locatie en keuken. Kamer en personeel ook. Prijs/kwaliteit is goed.

Locatie was erg goed. Ontbijt was heel goed en voor redelijke prijs

Cons:

Bij aankomst in de late namiddag was er niemand aanwezig en moet men als gast eerst bellen
Er is een parking maar een eind verder in de straat en niet op het terrein van hotel maar publiek toegankelijk

Sehr gut. Mir persönlich haben Buttercroissants und frisch gepresste Säfte (Orangen, Grapefruit) gefehlt.

Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt

Cons:

De bij de receptie niet echt vriendelijk. Hadden 3 persoonskamer geboekt stond dat er 3 bedden zouden zijn. 3de bed was een uitgeklapte stoel en echt keihard. Niet op te slapen. Restaurant op donderdag gesloten. Hadden maar 1 tip, hun eigen sterrenrestaurant terwijl er echt genoeg andere opties zijn. Niet echt service gericht dus. Uiteindelijk gegeten bij hele goede pizzeria met top service en niet duur.

Pros:

Allein die Tatsache ,dass wir bereits das 10. Mal in diesem Hotel übernachtet haben, sagt alles.
Auch diesmal sehr nettes Personal und sehr guter Service .
Auch das Essen im angeschlossenen Restaurant ist hervorragend .
Die Lage zur Fondation Beyerler ist perfekt.

Cons:

Eine Person morgens für Frühstück und Rezeption ist für eine Angestellte schwierig . Es gab überhaupt keine Probleme, aber die sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin hatte alle Hände voll zu tun.

Eine hervorragende Basisstation um geschäftliche Termine in Basel und Umgebung wahrzunehmen.
Pros:

Frau Petra hat einen super Job gemacht und hervorragend für eine exzellente Sauberkeit gesorgt. Und dazu immer Freundlichkeit und gute Laune ausgestrahlt. Das Frühstück hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Selbst kurz vor Frühstücksende wurde nochmals aufgefüllt!
