Sehr schönes Zimmer, ausgewöhnliches Frühstück und sehr freundliches Personal

Der Strassenlärm ist sehr störend. Ansonsten ist die Villa Eugenia zu Empfehlen.

Nice hotel, but smoking was a shame! People were smoking in front of the door! Even at breakfast time in the garden where breakfast was eaten!! Unbelievable that this is still possible in 2025!

Charming and spacious villa with great vibes. The place had that lovely old-world charm, was clean and roomy, and the staff were amazing — especially sweet Natasha, who made us feel so welcome. We also really appreciated the healthy breakfast options each morning.

A couple of minor issues: the fridge was in an awkward spot and I bumped my knees a few times trying to open it. Also, there weren’t quite enough power outlets, which made charging devices a bit tricky.

Overall though, we really enjoyed the property and the surrounding area — would happily come back!

Alte Villa mit toller Ausstrahlung. Trotz der Nähe der Straße war es angenehm ruhig. Fußläufig kurze Entfernung zu Stränden und Altstadt.

Nice hotel with kind helpful staff and amazing breakfast.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen. Der Empfang war freundlich und wir sind bei allen Fragen, die wir hatten, umfassend informiert worden. Das Frühstück ist einzigartig. Das Zimmer war groß und luftig durch die hohe Decke.

The standard rooms are located in the roof with dorma windows. Sea view perhaps should be described as sea side as alot of trees look like they obstruct view.
Very comprehensive buffet breakfast with outdoor garden seating when weather permits. Very close to beach and pleasant walk via prom to centre.
2 negatives: they charge 15 euros a night to park when local car park (300 meters away)and on street is free plus 4* hotel and they charge 2 euros extra to make cappuccino with fresh milk rather than using powder milk from machine!

Excellent location, close to restaurants and bars, outstanding breakfast!!

We were only in Lovran for one night but wish we’d had longer as Hotel Villa Eugenia was so lovely. We were given a room upgrade upon arrival which was amazing. The room we were given was huge with a large terrace. So thoughtful to do this. The room and hotel as a whole was decorated to a high standard. The breakfast was great. So much choice and all very tasty! I suppose the only downside is that you have to pay extra for the car parking - something that’s included in all our other accommodations we are staying in. A minor point, but like I said, the only downside. Everything else was fantastic! We would definitely stay here again!

Spatious, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Convenient parking. And one of the best breakfasts that I ever had in a hotel!

A nice room, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast and perfect location near the seaside and promenade. If I should be picky about anything, it’s only very minor stuff like maybe more and better located power sockets (for charging phones and laptop) and better maintenance of the shower where only the handheld option worked. But as said- these were only minor stuff. I’ll wholeheartedly recommend this place and if we’ll ever return to the area, for sure this is the place where we’ll stay.
