Pros:

Ho soggiornato una notte e mi sono trovata molto bene. Lo staff è stato davvero accogliente e gentile, e l’hotel era pulito e curato. La posizione è perfetta, soprattutto per un soggiorno breve, essendo molto vicino alla stazione. Consigliato!

It was a comfortable stay it was a quiet Location with good supply (Cafés etc.) nearby.

Labirent gibiydi odaya ulaşmak baya zor oluyordu başka merdiveni tercig etmek isteyince kapalı kaldık gezecek yer acısından turistik acıdan beklediğim gibi degildi akşamları biraz insan profili değişiyordu

Pros:

I forgot my passport with money (1500 Euros) when I left and the lady called Karen at the front desk send me a message. I was ready to take a train to Bergamo so I went there and got back my passport and all the money. It's a hotel in a good location and the service was great!
