Pros:

Odličan smeštaj, spa u hotelu i povezanost sa banjom. Osoblje ljubazno i predusretljivo, profesionalno.Obroci su takođe bili odlični. Bili smo prvi put i vratićemo se, ukoliko ostanu pristojne cene.

Winter family retreat and recharge
Pros:

Clean, nice rooms. Very good selection for breakfast and dinner, and the bar also offers excellent light courses during the day. Spacious wellness facilities, water temperature is checked regularly, very good massage treatment. In addition you have free entry to the large thermal bath next to the hotel where you can swim in a really big, nice swimming pool and you also can find some more wellness facilities - if the ones in the hotel do not meet your expectations.

Cons:

There are a couple of small things that could be improved without any significant investment but paying more attention: in the gym there should be some disinfectant spray to enable the users to apply some decontamination before and after using the machines. In the sauna area there could be some sauna oils/aroma oils available and some music inside the sauna to improve relaxation.

Sadrzaj i udobnost

Cons:

Boravak u hotelu je, nažalost, ostavio loš utisak. Dodeljena nam je soba koja je bila najlošija u objektu — bez direktnog kontakta sa spoljnim vazduhom. Prozor nije gledao napolje, već na zatvoreni kafić u unutrašnjem prostoru, što je stvaralo osećaj zagušljivosti i nelagodnosti.
Posebno nam je zasmetalo to što smo imali utisak da nismo tretirani jednako kao ostali gosti. Ne mogu sa sigurnošću da tvrdim razlog, ali način komunikacije i dodela sobe ostavili su utisak neprijatne razlike u tretmanu.
Mene zanima, da li prilikom rezervacije preko bookinga dobijate najgore sobe?
