The location is perfect. You're in the center of everything without the noise of the city. The room is very comfortable. The only downside is the mattress. If you want to sleep in a hole, this is the room for you. If you have back problems, this isn't the place for you. Otherwise, I recommend it!

While property was clean and comfortable checking in too complicated and codes for everything annoying and cumbersome.

Excellent stay at the property. Clean, walkable to duomo, modern, spacious and safe.

Didn’t love that there was no reception for our unit. Just received a code to enter and had to figure it out.

This is an amazing property! Location is great, right in the center and close to everything. The property is modern, it has bedroom, living room and kitchen, so great. They have a small laundry machine, it worked well for us, if you need to use it, its available. A/C was working very well, we had 21C in our rooms, it was freezing and great with all the heat outside in Milan. Riccardo is very easy to work with, he allowed us to do a late check out without any problems and always available. Very friendly and super nice. I highly recommend this property! Amazing location, customer service, very clean and very nice unit. Thank you!

Great location close to many things.

The apartment is in a very handy location to Milan city centre. Unfortunately the noise at night was terrible. The ceiling in the kitchen is flaking, the bench top is worn badly, the bathroom cabinets are chipped and tired. It is certainly not a luxury apartment. It may have been at some time, but lack of upkeep makes you feel your staying in a low end budget place. The check in person was very nice, informative and personable.

Apartment itself is good. Good size and modern. However, THERE IS NO WIFI and because of the building location and construction, NO INTERNET. Just be ready for absolutely zero internet when here.

Also, staff. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and professional, but didn’t address concerns about the WiFi. We literally had to go to other places just to have connectivity.

Room is nice and spacious. Shower is EXTREMELY small. Hot water in shower doesn’t work after midnight. Central lighting controls stopped working after a day. Many light switches don’t work. Expect to have your concerns or questions brushed off or ignored by staff after your initial check in. I loved the location and the room, but if I could do it over again, I would not pick this place.

I stayed for 4 nights. The air conditioning was not working, and when I told the manager about it, he asked me to open the window because the weather is cool, but I couldn’t sleep at all because of noise. When I insisted that they should fix AC, I was informed that the problem is major and will not be fixed during my stay. They only compensated me with 240 dollars (which is less than a half night cost)

Run down property, very complicated get in , you need a code for the building, elevator and the room

Whilst we only stayed one night, it was a welcomed stay to have a very spacious areas with separate rooms for a family of four.
Michele was amazing, he kept in touch prior to our arrival on all the necessary information we needed, met us at the front and gave us a tour of the apartment….customer service at its best!!

I have been staying at this property for many years and I always have a great experience every time. The staff is always helpful and nice and they make me feel welcome whenever I stay at the property.

The location is unbeatable. It’s close to the duomo which means there are lots of restaurants and cafes close by. It’s also close to many stores and pharmacies so you can pretty much find anything you need for your vacation right at your doorstep.

Amazing location! Very clean apartment, with excellent concierge service - they helped us book train tickets to Verona for the day, and gave lots of helpful advice about touring the city.
