Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, con excelentes vistas hacia la montaña y la ciudad. También destaco la atención del personal, que fue muy cordial durante toda la estadía.

Cons:

El hotel se promociona como un Wine Resort, pero la experiencia vinculada con el vino fue prácticamente inexistente. La única actividad relacionada fue una degustación incluida a media tarde. Esperaba una propuesta más completa, con mayor presencia de la temática vitivinícola en las actividades, los espacios o los servicios. Además, considero que el precio es demasiado elevado en comparación con otras opciones y no se justifica por la experiencia ofrecida.

Pros:

Los espacios en común, el living es precioso y muy cálido.
La degustación de vinos de cortesía, fue una grata sorpresa que no esperábamos!
La limpieza es extrema, cada rincón, la ropa de cama, el perfume, los espacios comunes tienen un nivel de limpieza y detalle que hace que te sientas SUPER confortable.

Cons:

El hogar del living no estaba constantemente encendido, lo que hacía que esté un poco fresco.
El mobiliario del restaurante, es muy poco acogedor y un poco frío el ambiente.

Pros:

Todo! Todo está pensado para aprovechar y disfrutar. La calidad de las instalaciones, sábanas y toallas impecables, buena aislación de temperatura (hacía mucho frío y las habitaciones y baño estaban calentitas), las vistas EXCEPCIONALES, desayuno muy bueno, suficiente y todo cuidado y delicioso. Tienen muchos detalles con los huéspedes, como las degustaciones y la canasta matera. Nos encantó!!!
