Location and staff

Cons:

Rooms are compact which was expected but very little space to move around, few extra bruises by the end of our trip. The room seemed to have some damage to the flooring outside the bathroom area and it felt as though the floor was sinking when you walked on it. In saying that I would stay again as it is only used as a base but a little maintenance wouldn't go astray.

Laisse un goût amer de nos premiers jours à Londres et ne mérite certainement pas les 4 étoiles indiquées sur le site.
Pros:

À côté de Hyde Park, l’emplacement est géographiquement intéressant. C’est le seul point positif que je peux trouver.

Cons:

Très déçu de notre séjour. Dès les premiers instants à la réception, on se sent à l’étroit et le sentiment perdure. Les photos ne sont pas du tout représentatives de l’état réel de la chambre. Mal configurée avec une très petite salle de bain. Les 3 matelas étaient durs et inconfortables. Le tout manquait clairement d’entretien et ne donnait pas le goût d’y rester très longtemps. Le ménage était adéquat mais ne faisait pas oublier l’usure des lieux. Pour le prix, c’est clairement une arnaque (près de 900$ CAD pour 2 nuits). Je suis sûr que pour un coût semblable, on aurait pu trouver beaucoup mieux.

Tolle Location, 3-er Zimmer viiiel zu klein. Keine Empfehlung.

Komplette Ausstattung, gut eingerichtet, suuuper ruhig

Cons:

Kein Tisch, kein Stuhl, keine Ablagen, 3-Bett-Zimmer auf der Fläche eines Einzelzimmers: in einem 3-Bett-Zimmer kommen neben 3 Personen auch mind 3 Koffer an - diese stehen zugeklappt hintereinander im Korridor oder Bad und damit immer im Weg - können aber nicht aufgeklappt werden. Das Zimmer war viiiel zu klein für 3 Personen.

Pros:

Accès rapide en métro sans changement de ligne depuis San Pancras (30mm)

Emplacement central, et vert avec Kensington garden à 5mm à pied pour visiter Londres ou les grands lieux sont à qlq stations de métro.

Personnel courtois et accueillant.

10mm à pied de Waitrose ou de M & S Food pour faire ses courses alimentaires.

Propreté et bon agencement de la chambre avec un changement des serviettes de toilette tous les jours.
