Pros:

The location was easy to find and a little out of traffic, walk across to the beach.

Cons:

10th time I have been there. I keep going back as I find it faultless
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Location overlooking the ocean was fantastic. Very clean and easy access from car park to room

Overall decent stay but could be better stocked.
Pros:

View was excellent and as promised, got a nice seaview. Flat was large and spacious. Beds were comfortable and all aircons were working perfectly. Esther the receptionist was so helpful and kind and our compliments to her.

Cons:

There was a terrible smell of ?urine in the main lift corridor where we stayed on the 15th floor. This made it very unpleasant. Fortunately we could not smell it in the apartment. The apartment was not well stocked or replenished and we had to ask reception for basic items which should have been there.

Pros:

So close to the water, just a stroll across the road. Felt like a home not a hospital. Views on both sides! Beach one side, canals and city view on the other. Room 12c. Could have stayed alot longer. Not far from everything and anything.

Cons:

Shower head no pressure. Trams are loud at night. Was a smoker next to us that kept filling up our apartment with cigarette smoke.

Spacious.
Parking underground.
Close enough to everything without being on top of noise & traffic.

Cons:

The shower was really tight for us big guys.
Nowhere in shower to put shampoo etc except on floor. A small shelf would be great.
No air-conditioning in bedrooms. Otherwise everything was generally fine.

Great stay, amazing views from higher floor
Pros:

Indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, location. The staff were sooo accommodating and gave us options to pick apartments of our choosing. They were very patient.

Cons:

Very simple thing but the water leaks out of shower and fans are way too fast setting 1.
