Wonderful beach location however very outdated property
Pros:

The location was good, had a cafe across the road which was handy. The unit itself was big. Parking onsite was free. View was lovely.

Cons:

The property including the unit was very old and desperately needs updating. Lifts were very small. The bathrooms in the unit were very old and dirty, the mattresses had no protectors, just a sheet.

Pros:

The location was fantastic. The staff were helpful. The price was reasonable.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the apartment was concerning. It felt like it needed a deep clean. The facilities also needed a bit of love. The car parking was very difficult as the layout made it near impossible to get cars into the parking spaces. We appreciated the receptionist helping us out and letting us use a different park to make it easier.

Missed oppotunity!
Pros:

The Apartment was very spacious,it had just about everything you needed. We were on the 5th floor so we had a closer view of the street. The balcony was great you could see the pool and rhe ocean,so when the kids went for a swim,you could keep an eye on them if need be. It also had a washing machine,and dryer which we found very convenient.

Cons:

The fact that we had booked for 11 nights,you would think that there would be something in the way of supplements? Eg..more then 2 rolls of toilet paper,keep in mind we were a family of 4. 1 little sachet of laundry liquid,which by the way you had to wash your own linen,and towels or pay extra for fresh ones? 3 sachets of coffee 2 tea bags no sugar. No milk,not even a little squeeze tube. No cleaning detergents,to wipe down benches,no vaccume,not even a broom? The dishes were dirty? Glasses still had lipstick and finger prints on them! The couch,had stains from who knows what. The beds were hard and felt like they hadnt been changed. We all felt itchy the next morning,and the first thing that came to mind was Bed bugs!? So we ended up stripping all the beds and washing them. If you want to stay here youd have to go to the supermarket and spend about a $100 for cleaning products,bare kitchen essentials,inc dish wash liquid. All your paying for basically is a roof over your head and a car park. "Dont even get me started"!? I dont think we would be booking here again any time soon. Which is a pity,it has so much potentual yet they slip on the basics.

Fair stay. Good if on a budget, but you get less than what you pay for.
Pros:

The view is amazing, location is great (away from loud nightlife but right in the heart of surfers paradise), price point is ok for the area and the receptionist was lovely.

Cons:

The building is really old and smells damp. There’s a fowl smell inside the elevators. The apartment appliances are quite old. Furniture is used and outdated. One of the two bathrooms did not have hot water.

Reasonable for price
Pros:

Oppositebeach and near tram. Staff were very helpful and nice.

Cons:

My shower head was floppy so didn't work. Extremely dated apartments but still... very cheap. ..which made up fir that.

Unfortunately, our stay was not very comfortable. The apartment really needs refurbishment, as many areas look quite worn out. Cleanliness could also be improved, as it didn’t feel as fresh as expected. With some upgrades and better housekeeping, it could be a much nicer place to stay.

Pros:

Such nice staff very attentive always smiling, for the price you get a large apartment with stunning views of the ocean in front and the mountains at back. Nice to sit there with blinds open windows and balcony door open and listen to the waves

Cons:

The king bed is two single mattress and they were either old or just too soft that it created a huge gap between them which defeats having a king bed. Would be better off with a queen mattress in the master room tbh if you can’t get a proper king

If you are into 1980's styling and a place that has not been cleaned since, this is your place.
Pros:

View was nice of the construction site across the road.

Cons:

One of the dirtiest properties I have ever stayed in. The garbage bin smelt and looked like it has not been cleaned in years, the fridge was not cleaned, the kitchen cupboard doors looked like someone had spilt coffee down them,. the carpets were stained and looked like a mass murder with glitter had occurred sometime in the distant past.

Sunrises were spectacular.
Pros:

It was very clean,awesome location,nice staff and very helpful.

Cons:

The smaller room had no fan or aircon. So not much sleep for them.
And the dining room mat under the table has a huge kink on the corner. It was very much a trip hazard.
