Pool was good , clean and not busy

£15 a day to park even though your resistance
Some staff very rude, told us we cannot drink our cocktails next to pool so took them away without even offering us plastic cups
Wouldn’t let kids eat next to pool because food wasn’t brought from them

We had a balcony and sea view which was lovely. Room was like a sauna but there is a fan and we had to keep the doors open! Decent room though. The winning point was the in room fridge! Noisy but space to chill loads of drinks and even ice. Wish more hotels did this.
Swimming pool area was very nice too, drinks bar was handy. Bar area was ok, fairly quiet but nice to be able to have a drink in the evening! Staff v friendly throughout.
Overall would definitely come back if the price was right , not sure if I would rave about the rooms without the balcony though.
It was so nice to have staff that are so aware and attentive to the needs of wheelchair users with any special needs. The whole ethos of the hotel towards the disabled is very refreshing. The Retreat serving drinks and food is absolutely fine and because the formal restaurant seems a little clinical in décor and not as price conscious in a town literally full of competitor eatery's..
Visited with our granddaughter for a long weekend. Whole experience was really good. Breakfast selection was spot on. Staff were friendly. Heated outside pool was a good addition and it’s so close to the power and seafront. Thank you for making our stay welcoming and our 4 1/2 year old granddaughter loved every minute.
The hotel is in a beautiful location. There is a lovely family atmosphere amongst the staff, who can't do enough for you. The rooms are large and airy, and the addition of a fan made it particularly comfortable on the hot days.
I was particularly impressed with menu which met varied dietary needs, and where is didn't meet mine, the chef adapt to meet them.
Our daughter, who is disabled, was impressed with how the hotel met her needs too.
I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

To much furniture in the room for the size,
Reasonable value for money. Location was great. Staff were lovely and helpful.
TV in room had a distorted picture most of the time. The shower gels were not even 20% full. The Tea and Coffee making didn't have enough for our 2 night stay. The cheap digestive biscuits in the reusable tin was horrible.

WE PAID £17.50 EACH FOR BREAKFAST.
THIS FILLED US UP BUT WAS NOTHING BRILLIANT. WE HAD ORDERED SEVERAL THINGS AROUND THE POOL & THEY WERE OK. WE ORDERED OUR FIRST DRINKS ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THE VODKA WE ASKED FOR THEY HADN'T HAD FOR A FEW DAYS & WERE WAITING FOR THE DELIVERY.
WEATHERSPOONS BREAKFAST WAS CHEARER .
WOULD HAVE LOVED AIR CONDITIONING IN THE ROOM WHICH WAS BASICALLY AN OVEN.
THE WINDOW ONLY PARTIALLY OPENED.
THE HOTEL NEEDS TO BROUGHT UP WITH MODERATION.
STAFF ON THE WHOLE WERE POLITE BUT SOME WERE MORE THAN LACKING IN THE FRIENDLY MANNER.
The location was amazing for us with a lovely sea view and easy access to the beach. The pool was a real bonus, warm and relaxing. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The bed was big and comfortable and having a fridge in the room was great. Really like how they cater for disability also.

The family room beds!! Were basically camp beds and so uncomfortable.
We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the location. The room had some lovely little touches that made all the difference, especially the biscuits and toiletries. It felt cosy, comfortable and really homely.

دفعت خدمة تنضيف مبلغ اضافي ولم يقومو بالتنضيف بالشكل الممتاز واحيانا لايقومون بالتنضيف بتاتا لوجودنا داخل الغرفه وعند الخروج لايأتون للتنضيف المفروض اذا هناك قيمه مضافه ان يتم التنضيف على مدار الساعه المرافق كانت متعبه الدرج والاصنصير قديم جدا يحتاج الى ترميم
