The lifts was a bit slow
Food was great. Pool was nice but overcrowded with day guests
The room was incredibly hot. Outside temperature was 24 degrees so not excessive. Fan was provided but room desperately needs air con.
Had its own pool. Nice view. Excellent shower. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of room.
The walk from the beach to the hotel! (All uphill) There were two large functions on whilst we were staying so there was quite a queue for the bar as everyone had to use the same one.
Fortunately my professional course happened at the same hotel, I booked the hotel for convenience.
small room, poor ventilation. No air conditioning. It was very much overpriced. I paid £130 for 1 night stay and did not have that level of comfort what I usually get when I spend this amount of money for a hotel room.

-Very poor value for money, very average small room for this price.
-Spent the night uncomfortable as it was too hot, there was just 1 fan which wasnt enough.
-No air-conditioning, which shouldn't be the case for a 4 star hotel.
-Pillow covers had stains.

The pool was a nice temperature and the staff were great and the location is perfect as close to the beach and everything you need
The pillows were hard and the rooms in the summer have no air con and they get extremely hot they do give you a fan however this circulated warm air

I liked the swimming pool and the convenient location, as the beach was within walking distance.
The swimming pool is the biggest advantage of this hotel and the main reason I came back. However, compared to my stay in 2024, the overall experience was much better back then.
I also think the hotel would benefit from having a pool bar, and the food menu offers very limited choices.
The room had a bathtub, but there was mould in the bathroom.
There was no air conditioning, which made the room unbearably hot. It was impossible to sleep. We spent the entire night sweating, constantly waking up, and drinking water just to get through the night.
There were two fans in the room, but both were covered in dust and cobwebs. I had to clean one of them myself before using it. It took 5–6 wet wipes to remove all the dirt, which clearly showed that it had not been cleaned for a long time.
The room also had a very unpleasant smell, similar to the smell of fried seafood.
The most disappointing part was the hotel’s attitude after our stay. I accidentally left my black jumpsuit in the room. I called the hotel shortly after checking out and was told that housekeeping had not yet cleaned the room. Since then, my calls have been ignored, and no one has contacted me about my lost item.
The pool was clean
The dirty floors in the room when we checked and the window were so small no air was flowing, on a hot day no air con just a cheap fan to keep you cool. The room was like a sauna

we ordered two espressos which we couldnt drink as they were very watery
we left our clean the room card out at 9am, returned at 3:45 and someone was in the room about to start, they asked what i needed doing, we diidnt sleep in one bed but on top so that only required straightening the top sheet and i said that was ok to leave but to clean the rest of the room and bathroom as usual and top up milk and toilet paper and fresh towels. We got the toilet paper, there was no milk which i asked be dropped later ( didnt receive) but they didnt clean floors, make other bed, clean bathroom or leave clean towels - i did look for them on the corridor but couldnt see them anymore and i was too hot to wait for them to return as it was already so late in the day. The other room we had booked also had no fresh towels and we had to go to reception early evening to collect ! we opted to keep the room service so our rooms would be be cleaned
