I really didn’t enjoy staying inside the hotel at all.
Pros:

The location was convenient and easy to access.

Cons:

This hotel is more suitable for guests aged 70 and above, so it may not be appropriate for younger guests to book a room.

Quiet night by the sea
Pros:

Dog friendly plenty of beasts to play with
Good atmosphere. Great view from room. Food was limited but very good indeed. Staff were an absolute joy and a total credit to the hotel.

Cons:

Mattress was seriously uncomfortable and probably well passed replacement. Morning obstruction in corridors as rooms cleaned made it extremely difficult for movement with a rollator.

Huge apartment in a brilliant location
Pros:

We stayed in the apartment which was HUGE, very comfortable and well-equipped. The location is great - just a short walk to the beautiful beach and pier amusements as well as restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

As a coffee lover, a cafetiere in the kitchen would be a welcome addition. That is a minor point. Instant coffee was provided.

Pros:

The location is perfect for the beach, car park is easy to leave/return, biscuits/tea/coffee in the room are a good touch, good light and socket options, bathrooms nice and modern, beds comfy. Rooms for 1 person are a decent size with great soundproofing (we usually take a hit with this).

Cons:

I was a returning customer because I like staying here, but a man walked into my room at half 12 in the morning and I was so scared it took 3 hours to get back to sleep. I brought it up when I checked out, they confirmed it was a member of staff & it wasn't clear my room was booked. Unfortunately that has made me think twice about returning.

Good food and lovely staff. Rooms clean and comfortable.
Pros:

5 stars - Really enjoyed my stay and found the room comfortable and very clean. All the staff were friendly, helpful and made sure everything was OK for guests. I will definitely stay here again and have already recommended to family.
