The whole experience from booking direct with the hotel until I checked out after I stay could not be faulted. Every member of staff at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. The room was excellent, very clean, tidy and plenty of space for 3 adults.Lovely view of the sea. beach and swimming pool from the room balcony. Very impressed with the swimming pool. Cleanliness and temperature. Food was excellent. Disabled facilities are extremely good both in hotel and pool area. Walking distance from the sea, pier and town Highly recommend this hotel.
Very odd old school hotel.
Location is ok, but hotel itself is not up to scratch.
Staff are very indifferent to customers and decor is very tired and outdated.
Rooms are very basic and bathrooms ( showers ) are like something from the 1970s

Good facilities for disabled people.
Firstly, the not so good things. The furniture in our sea view room was dated and dark. I cut my arm on my bedside cabinet on our last morning, so rounded corners please! The water was very hot, so a warning needed. We had to ask for our room to be vacuumed on day 3.
The view of the sea and the pool from our room was superb. The pool was lovely and very clean. I swam there most days. The beds were comfortable, and I got a soft pillow when I asked. The breakfast was good. I had requested when booking blueberries and lactose free yogurt, and was given them. Free parking was included as we booked direct. Bar food and drinks were good and reasonably priced. The hotel is well situated on the East Cliff for beaches and buses.
So enjoyed our stay at the Marsham Court Hotel. The room was lovely (sea view) and clean, the food delicious and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Reception and restaurant staff were outstanding. The hotel's environmental ethics is something to be applauded. It is not foisted upon you but you can partake if you wish. Thank you Marsham Court, a lovely stay.

We had wedding reception at Marsham hotel and stayed two nights there, all the staff very friendly, especially our organizer Jo who is very friendly, caring and looking after us from the beginning to the end, give her 5 star for her professionalism and hospitality.

A bit more expensive than I think it should be, breakfast especially felt expensive with not a huge amount t of choice though it was nice!
