The cleanliness of the hotel and the hotel room, and the friendliness of the staff

Cons:

Bottled water is provided In the hotel rooms but only Hilton Honors hotel guests get free, complimentary bottled waters. All other hotel guests have to pay $2.00 for each bottled water. Bottled waters should be free for EVERYONE. The hotel also doesn't have a free, complimentary breakfast. Hotel guests have to pay for every breakfast. The breakfasts should be free and complimentary for ALL hotel guests.

I am not sure we would come back.
Pros:

More information about how the breakfast works. Posted info would have been nice.

Cons:

The TV remote was missing , so we didn’t have TV that night but found the TV under a chair the next morning , which should have been found by housekeeping. The light behind the chair had a light bulb burnt out so we could not read.

Some operational issues that impacted our brief stay
Pros:

We stayed here one night while attending a super concert at Bull Run. The hotel has been renovated and looks good. The room we had 227 was much larger than expectations and well appointed. However, there are operational issues to be remedied. When we got back to the hotel after the concert, we saw the hotel was extremely busy and parking was a hard find. Once i our room the internet did not work, probably oversubscribed with a full hotel. The wall unit HVAC did not run on cool all night and turned itself off. The next morning, I could not get the coffee maker to brew it kept turning the power off. The staff were certainly friendly, and the owners appeared to be making money, so time to manage a full hotel more effectively.

My stay at this hotel was an unexpected retreat with a very clean room, newly updated facilities.
Pros:

The lady who checked me in when I got there was very nice. She was most helpful. Everything was so clean and quiet. The facilities were great. I felt safe and was able to do a comfortable walk in the evening.

Cons:

The only thing that could have been better was when I was leaving - at 6 in the morning. The night desk person didn't go out of her way to be friendly. The smile didn't go all the way to her eyes. But... it was 6 in the morning so it was OK.

Great stay which ended on a negative with housekeeping barging into my room at 830 am.
Pros:

It was convenient and comfortable.

Cons:

I did not appreciate house keeping coming into my room at 8:30 am. It was very inappropriate since check out is at 11 am. Also the bed was not made up in a way that made me feel like it was clean or like the sheets had been cleaned.

It was a comfortable stay.
Pros:

I appreciate our adjoining rooms request being met.

Cons:

We paid for two nights but only got breakfast for one morning, I found that odd.
Parking was not great...especially given the amount of snow we had to navigate through

Great hotel
Pros:

Great room, clean and modern. Clean bathroom. Nice lobby and easy location with good parking. Nice gym and pool. Free coffee in lobby in morning.

Absolutely awful
Pros:

I didn't like it, I was suckered into paying for a breakfast which I thought was free. There were no signs that said otherwise. It was a buffet style breakfast but I was stared at the whole time as if I was doing something wrong so I didn't go back to get more. The buffet that I paid for which was $12.95
