Great stay which ended on a negative with housekeeping barging into my room at 830 am.
Pros:

It was convenient and comfortable.

Cons:

I did not appreciate house keeping coming into my room at 8:30 am. It was very inappropriate since check out is at 11 am. Also the bed was not made up in a way that made me feel like it was clean or like the sheets had been cleaned.

It was a comfortable stay.
Pros:

I appreciate our adjoining rooms request being met.

Cons:

We paid for two nights but only got breakfast for one morning, I found that odd.
Parking was not great...especially given the amount of snow we had to navigate through

Great hotel
Pros:

Great room, clean and modern. Clean bathroom. Nice lobby and easy location with good parking. Nice gym and pool. Free coffee in lobby in morning.

Pros:

I didn't like it, I was suckered into paying for a breakfast which I thought was free. There were no signs that said otherwise. It was a buffet style breakfast but I was stared at the whole time as if I was doing something wrong so I didn't go back to get more. The buffet that I paid for which was $12.95

My stay was absolutely superb, and comforting in all kinds of ways as I was displaced from my home.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. The selection was varied and everything was the correct temperature. The staff still helped me get things and assisted because of my physical challenges. I enjoyed each day and was able to have various meals.

Cons:

I’m pretty picky about things because I had a 30 year career in hospitality as a chef and manager and I’m saying I liked everything!!!

Good hotel, check in before 9:00pm!
Pros:

The room was nice and large. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel.

Cons:

Only one elevator was useable. I arrived just after 10:00pm, and the restaurant attached to the hotel was closed and many of the food places around were also closed.

Three showers, all luke warm!
Pros:

In large part this hotel maintains the typical quality level of Hilton Garden. But they cut expense corners in too many places that diminish the experience of staying there.

The worst is their showers. Showers on three separate days were all luke warm despite the "hot" water being turned fully on. Barely warm enough to complete a shower, and glad to get out all three days!

Their every other day housekeeping was hit-or-miss. One time the beds weren't made, despite that being in the rate. Another day there was no second box of kleenix.

The rooms are typical though this location cut corners there as well. Instead of dresser drawers you get shelves...as if anyone wants to get on hands and knees on the hotel carpet to make use of the floor-level shelf.

One positive was the woman Naomi who staffs the breakfast. She worked hard every day, was personable and has a great work ethic.

What I did t like is after booking a room it didn't tell us that we needed a credit card to check in the young Hindu man had no care that we didn't have a room or couldn't get into our room on a holiday.after we returned to the hotel the woman Dee help us and she made sure we got our room and very polite she explained to us next time we would need a credit card we our bless and happy that she help us...as for the young man who no care that we couldn't get into our room and didn't bother to help our problem..

Repeat guests who will definitely return as long as Tammy is there!!!
Pros:

We have stayed here many times. We live that it is dog friendly, the desk team is always extremely nice and accommodating, rooms are clean. Tammy at the bar is an outstanding asset to the property. She is great to talk to and handles a full room at once. She's an absolute pro!

Cons:

We asked for cleaning service when we left in the morning and came home to find the room wasn't done. Very disappointing.
