Would definitely stay here again if staying in Langley
Pros:

Front desk staff very accommodating, helpful and friendly. Beds very comfortable. Moxies restaurant at the hotel very convenient, great food and staff.

Cons:

Bathroom very clean and nice towels but as a senior, would have appreciated a safety grab bar in shower.

Fantastic stay, would definitely recommend.
Pros:

Modern, clean, fragrance free, very comfortable bed, well laid out space. Incredibly quiet! First time at a hotel where I was unable to hear other guests! And it seemed like the hotel was full! It was one of the best sleeps I’ve ever had at a hotel! Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Everything was amazing! We had the room with the kitchenette, and it would’ve been nice to have parties we towels, a sponge, or a dish rag/ towel supplied. But we did receive a dish towel upon request. It was received within minutes of requesting it!

Tolle Unterkunft, die allerdings nicht günstig ist
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und bekamen sogar ein Upgrade. Der Pool war gut und wir hatten ihn bei unserem Besuch sogar für uns allein.

Cons:

Die negativen Bewertungen können wir nicht nachvollziehen.

Comfortable beds, nothing special.
Pros:

The beds are super comfortable and we had a little balcony with a nice view.

Cons:

I had called ahead of time to see if they could do anything special for my mom’s 75th birthday. We were booked for two nights. They said the message was there for the morning manager and they would either take care of a room upgrade or have a welcome gift in the room for her. I also asked for extra amenities in the room-specifically coffee supplies. Upon arrival at the front desk the staff was not overly friendly and no one acknowledged my moms birthday. We went to our room and there was no welcome gift or the extra amenities I requested. The room was nice and we had a balcony. There were no bath robes in the room which there was supposed to be. At check out time the upgrade fees were on us to pay, so they didn’t even cover that. For someone who frequents Sandman hotels it was not the experience I had wished for my
Mom’s birthday.

Pleasant and helpful office staffs offset the negatives of this hotel
Pros:

Staffs in the office were nice , pleasant and helpful

Cons:

No bell boy to help with luggages. No one came to freshen up the room even when we placed the tag sign outside of our room. The garbage was removed the following day after we asked a housekeeper who was cleaning other rooms at that time.
