Pleasant and helpful office staffs offset the negatives of this hotel
Pros:

Staffs in the office were nice , pleasant and helpful

Cons:

No bell boy to help with luggages. No one came to freshen up the room even when we placed the tag sign outside of our room. The garbage was removed the following day after we asked a housekeeper who was cleaning other rooms at that time.

Pros:

room was nice, bed very comfortable with options of soft or firm pillows. curtains kept it dark. bathroom was large, decided to stay an extra night and staff made that very easy to do.

We enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

There was not a breakfast included with our stay so we can’t comment on that. The location was ideal for our stay, enabling us to easily go to different locations, such as Fort Langley, Roger’s Arena and shopping. The beds were good and we had excellent sleeps.

Cons:

The hotel rooms are a bit tired and in need of some TLC. Generally it’s small stuff like the mouldings need sanding and painting, and the tile grout around the bath/shower definitely needs replacing as there was mildew and stain present.

Good location, decent hotel, needs a bit of TLC
Pros:

This hotel has a good location for the business I was engaged in, and good amenities. I got upgraded to quite a large suite, which was nice but didn't really need. Check in and out was easy and efficient

Cons:

Although upgrade the room was starting to show its age. The bathroom was faded and a bit cracked and the door was warped and wouldn't close properly.
