Looting the guest by charging for baby's charging for water, plates and cutleries and expensive food
Pros:

Only beach front is the one positive of this hotel rest is completely negative.

Cons:

They charge you money for kids above 5 years so family don't book it, they also charge for plate and cutleries. Food cost is very high than other premium 5 star hotels, they charge for water bottles. They also take deposit for your stay. Front office staffs behavior very rude. Night after 7pm swiggy zomato won't do delivery to this area..so maximum avoid to book this property. This property only good for couples who book room for few hours for love making and not good for family and professionals.

Pros:

The staff is excellent, go out of the way to help out. The food is outstanding as well. The swimming pool is going for renovation, and the area around could it be more vibrant. However it is spacious. The private beach is great too, however, they should consider keeping the private gate open beyond 6.30pm during the summer

Cons:

The doors and bathroom feel like they are old. The carpets in the lobby of the floor also had a foul smell and need to be maintained.

Liked the hotel but the pool was unusable and the area outside smelled. I will not be returning.

Good indoor playing facilities and choice of restaurants.

Cons:

Unfortunately the pool was unusable with large number of birds drinking from the pool and their poop going into the water. The pool area and surroundings had an unpleasant smell, either from the birds excreta or the beach. We therefore could not swim which was very disappointing. The beach outside was also very dirty. Even though the beach is not controlled by the hotel, I wish you could do a social responsibility project by keeping the beach in front of the hotel clean.

Mega ilusa aiaga hotell mida imetlege pildidel ning ärge kunagi minge selle jubeda haisu kätte!
Pros:

Pildid on väga ilusad, aga kui te lisate sellele ka kohutava kalahaisu mis tuleb rannast hotelli tagant, siis sobib see hotell ainult inimestele kes ei tunne lõhnu. Kogu see hotell on imbunud läbi sellest kohutavast haisust.
Super ilus aed (suured kiitused aednikule ja ma ei ole kunagi nii ilusat aeda näinud) ja basseinid on inimtühjad, te olete nagu vang kinnisel territooriumil kust on ookeani äärde viiv värav lukustatud tabadega ning kood hirmutavate siltidega ning pimedas on parkla ainus koht kus te võite peale hotelli liikuda.
Õhtul ei ole midagi teha inimtühjades restoranides saamatute kelnerite ning suht niru söögiga.

Kohutav tee sinna ja selgub keegi väga ei ole nõus sinna sõitma ja suurendab pidevalt hinda. Teel küsis mitu korda Uberi juht kas ikka on hotell kuhu tahame. Kohale jõudes selgub pimedas ei ole sul mitte midagi teha ja suht tühjades restoranides on saamatut kelnerid suht niru söögiga. Tuba 420 mis oli meile mõeldud oli jubeda hallituse haisuga ning aknad kinni kleebitud moskiitode pärast. Toa saime vahetatud. Õlle suure hädaga 1,5 tundi oodates lõpuks saime restoranis, söögi saime ka mitte nagu palusime supi koos saiaga, vaid ikka nagu suvalselt, puuviljasalatis olid õunad lõigutud koos siltidega. 4 kelnerit sebib su ümber, aga teenindatud ei saa. Reisi kallim söök ja majutus, aga kõige õudsam kogemus. Mõned töötajad püüavad teenendada (kompenseerida teiste vigu), aga paar järgmist töötajat nullivad kohe selle pingutuse. Bookingus näitab saab valuutat vahetada, aga tegelikult ei teha seda ning kui ma näitasin nende kodulehe pakkumist selles osas, lubati ülemustele edasi öelda.
Kui teil ei ole oma rahaga midagi teha ning te ei tunne lõhnu on see koht teile!
Miks see hotell veel eksisteerib jääb arusaamatuks, väljas olevad baarid ja restoran tundub aastaid suletud ning hingusele läinud.

Stay away from this hotel
Pros:

Rooms are wonderful. Service is punctual and delightful.

Cons:

Horrible dry fish smell as soon as you step out of room. I am vegetarian, so it is almost like puking feeling throughout my time out of room, so stayed in the room most of the time. It must be repulsive smell for non vegetarians as well.

Worst part. The crows would bring the dry fish and wash them in the swimming pool water. The pool water was having enumerable while flakes and chunks of dry fish in the water.
